Disappointment, Driver didn’t show up!
I didn’t want to give it any rating, but to move on you have to give a rating and I really think that’s bad for you to force a client to give even one star to move on for the review. Is my third time in China using the company and we also used them when we went to Japan. I relied on them very very much. But it was a letdown when I arrived in China on 22 August. The driver didn’t show up it was about 1 AM and imagine me being a foreigner, not speaking in any Chinese in the Driver didn’t show up and there’s millions of taxi drivers coming at you trying to tell you to get in their taxi cars. it was a mess and I was so overwhelmed. I got dizzy and almost to the point where I passed out. And then the officer at the airport reached out to me and we called your company to see exactly why the driver never show up when I even communicated with him when I was in Shanghai. And then when I was landing in Xi’an. But I do admit that you did come through and make it right. You make sure that I got into a reliable taxi into my hotel. Pictures were taken of my luggage and me to make sure of my safety. Because I was a little bit worried about all that. I may not speak the language, but I kind of figured it out with one of the other taxi drivers were saying. They made a comment just tell her that you’re her driver because we all look alike and that that’s what really got me upset. But you guys made it right make sure that I got another taxi and you paid for that taxi and I got to the hotel OK. And even though the communication was kind of slow with the Internet service and things like that, I know you were trying to get in touch with me and I was trying to get back with you to let you know that I got to the hotel OK but you did fix the problem so on my return visit which would be September 10 I hope there’s no problem because I leave in the a.m.. I cannot miss my flight. I leave early in the a.m. and I will touch bases with your company.

On the day of your flight, our customer service team remained in contact with you through WhatsApp. As the arrival time fell around midnight, the booking showed 12:10 a.m. on August 22, while the flight actually landed shortly before midnight on August 21. This resulted in a date discrepancy in the pickup arrangement. For flights arriving around midnight, we should have checked the date and arrival time more carefully, and we sincerely apologize for the impact this had on your journey.
When you contacted us after arriving, our team responded promptly. Once we understood what had happened, we immediately arranged a reliable replacement taxi, paid the fare, and followed up until we confirmed that you and your luggage had arrived safely at the hotel. We appreciate your understanding and your acknowledgement that our team did its best to resolve the situation.
Although we were able to resolve the situation that night, we understand that the original pickup experience was still disappointing, and we are genuinely sorry.
Early the following morning, we contacted you through WhatsApp and offered to arrange a complimentary airport transfer for your return journey. However, two weeks past, we have not yet received a reply from you till now.

A five star transfer service in Xi’an, China
We booked private transfer from the Xi’an airport to our hotel in Xi’an and the service was outstanding. In the days leading up to our arrival, I received multiple messages from the provider with details as to where to meet our driver, a photo of the driver and a photo of the driver’s car clearly showing his license plate number. We were met as we exited baggage claims to the arrival and our driver was waiting with a sign showing my name and the company logo (Mr. Orange - cute!). The driver quickly ushered us to his very nice, very clean auto and drove us directly to the front door of our hotel some 35 minutes away. The driver took great care in driving and was courteous and professional. This service was top-notch and we can highly recommend this company with five stars.

Absolutely perfect service! Communication and contact exactly as stated in the description. Punctual, great driver, clean vehicle, especially non-smoking. You don't have to worry about it, you can't find the driver or anything like that, highly recommended!
