We had an unforgettable experience at the Terracotta Army with our amazing guide JaiJai. She picked us up at our hotel. We were at the site when it opened at 8:30. En route to the site, she gave us a full history of the Army and Emperor's Tomb. We had as much time and flexibility as we wanted at each of the Pits. She ensured we were at the best places for viewing and got excellent photos. Afterwards, she took us to a fantastic restaurant for local homemade noodles and burgers. It was perfect. It was worth every penny to do a Private tour with JiaJia and our kind driver. I would recommend it every time.
This was a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this tour. Our driver Zhang was incredibly helpful to my family. We had excellent conversations and he is an extremely kind person. Our guide Joyce was amazing. She was great at helping us navigate the large complex and find just the right spot to see the warriors and to take pictures.
It was a very wonderful experience. We spent a day to explore the terracotta warrior complex that was not showing just statues but also the greatness of the ancient China. Miss Coco really very informative and made me learnt a lot about our “anchestors.”
Coco is a perfect guide: precise, funny and talkative and speaks excellent English. Communication and management of the group magnificent. I do not find fault with the experience and recommend it to everyone!
Tour easily organized from Italy via WhatsApp with Ping, always quick in her responses and friendly. Perfect tour, from the driver to the guide (professional and never boring)
Great communication before pick up. Our guide was Coco who was excellent throughout the day. Perfect English and lots of knowledge about both the terracotta army but also local and general China facts. Terra Cotta Army was super interesting and Coco lead us round the busy crowds well and made sure we had good bathroom and hydration breaks. Length of tour was perfect we saw everything
Thanks so much for your nice words! So glad Coco gave you such a smooth, informative tour with great English and thoughtful arrangements. We’ll share your praise with her and hope to see you again!
This was a surreal experience. It was such a humbling feeling, to visit such a deeply historical site. The terracotta soldiers, painstakingly restored over decades of work, was a sight to behold. Our guide, Joyce, was a sincerely passionate individual, with expert knowledge on the subject. Through her words, she painted a detailed tapestry of the story behind the exhibits, and drew us deep into the heritage and culture behind the physical displays on site.
Joyce, our tour guide, is friendly and very knowledgeable. Her command of the English language is excellent. She answers our questions enthusiastically and when unsure, she will double check before answering. She takes a lot of initiative in bringing us to a halal restaurant, which we really appreciate. A highly recommended tour guide. 💪🏼
From we met our guide until we finished our tour our guide joyce was absolutely brilliant! Brought the warriors to life with the details she provided and made it a very special tour which included a special gift to celebrate myself & wife’s 40th anniversary ! Ping’s tours are 2nd to none!
Our trip from Xi’an to the Terracotta Warriors was superb. The Ping's Tour company organized everything smoothly, with clear communication and comfortable, punctual transport. Our guide David was outstanding, knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate, making the history of the site come alive with great stories and insights. Overall, the experience was memorable, well-managed, and absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this tour and the company’s services. Ahmed
