It was a good workshop in a nice building, well set up and not too crowded. The instructions and instructor were clear and the process simple, just could do with a bit more hands on with the making.
Patricia and her team made this a fun and educational experience. Great instructions and you walked away feeling like you could make this at home. Very enjoyable experience !

Patricia and Maria were excellent instructors. They coached us in the proper technique’s to prepare the different components of Pastel de Nata and the end result was a wonderful pastry and whole lot of fun. The studio was spacious and comfortable and the port and champagne were delicious. Highly recommended, but only if you’re ready to have a great time.

We had so much fun in the pastel de nata cooking class! Maria is a wonderful instructor — patient, friendly, and makes everything feel so easy to follow. We’ve learned something new and really enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend it!
