Get out of your comfort zone and be rewarded as we conquer the highest waterfall cable climb in the world. Our Level 1 climb involves approximately 45mins of physical climbing and 4 bridge crossings. Our Via ferrata tour is perfect for those who love the outdoors, waterfalls and beautiful places. It is suitable for beginners, families and hesitant adventurers with basic fitness. No experience required. Your tour starts at the waterfall where your friendly guide will fit your safety gear and teach you how to use the equipment before starting the climb. You will be climbing on steel ladder rungs and crossing wire bridges to finish at a beautiful picnic spot. We then walk down a mountain trail and back to the base. If you are more adventurous and are looking to explore more in this incredible vertical world, we recommend our intermediate Level 2 climb.

Very special experience
100% recommend this to anyone who likes the outdoors and has an adventurous spirit! I am afraid of heights but like to challenge myself and like adventures which is why I booked the tour (Level 1). It was a lot of fun so I decided to upgrade to Level 2 after completing the first part and getting a feel for it. The Level 2 was definitely a lot more mentally challenging than the first one and physically more demanding, how ever our guide (Emelie) was so calm, skillful and creating a safe environment that she helped me push through. The feeling at the top after completing the climb is so rewarding and you feel very connected with nature. Very thankful I got to experience this and would 100% book with them again!

Another adventure ticked off!
I spent a few weeks in Wanaka and because I had never done rock climbing I was keen to try it out. It was an exhilirating experience and a little challenge for me at 80 but surprisingly I found it fun and was looked after well by Luke. For sure if you have an adventurous spirit do try this out. Level 1 wildwire tour
This tour looked exciting online but I found it confronting once through the wooden door off the cliff edge. If it wasn't for the amazing guide Ben, I wouldn't have completed the tour. He talked me through each stage and made me feel safe and encouraged me the whole way. So glad I did it and I would definitely do it again 😊. The walk back down was just as spectacular as the climb!!!!

Do this if you're in Wanaka
Loved this experience, was truly a lot of fun! If you enjoy thrills, this is one to do. The guides teach you everything you need to know and you then do a small practice run before setting out. The views are incredible and the climb was something new for me. We're planning to return for level 2!

This is honestly one of our most memorable experiences in New Zealand. The company is top-notch - safe, professional, and with extremely knowledgable and experienced guides. Shane was so great. We learned so much about the area, climbing, and life in general. We loved talking to him and he kept us safe every step of the way. Also, lunch was delicious!

Epic day!
Unforgettable experience! It was a workout for sure, but what a climb up an amazing waterfall. Guides were professional and clear, answered all questions and helped out when I got a bit stuck, encouraged me and made it fun. Well worth the money--you can't beat an experience like this!

Absolutely a “must do”!
This was one of our highlights while visiting New Zealand. The whole experience from start to finish was top notch. The staff is well trained, attentive, kind and good humoured. The safety training provided gave us comfort that safety was taken very seriously, and we were in good hands. Add to that the absolutely stunning views and this was an 11/10 experience. Can’t recommend it enough! If you’re reasonably fit, you’ll love it!!
