I cannot begin to express how pleased, amazing, and wonderful this experience was! First and foremost, Damon was exceptionally the best! He was quite knowledgeable, fun, pleasant and has a great sense of humor. He made the journey quite interesting from having snacks, charging devices and providing history and fun facts along the way. This was one of the best nature experiences! I was in awe of seeing wombats, kangaroos, an echidna, laughing kookaburras, the many waterfalls, and having delicious Aussie pie. It was a cloudy night, so we didn’t get to see the stars, but that’s nature. I highly recommend this excursion. It is well worth it! Oh also, the drive out of the city and into the scenic countryside was amazing! Damon, a million thanks!!! You are a gem!
My family’s favorite tour of our Australia trip. Damon was amazing! Wonderful way to see beautiful natural sites outside of Sydney
Amazing experience, our tour guide Damon made sure all of our needs were met at each stop we went to. The ending dinner was savory and delicious!
We had great time from start to finish! Damon was funny and knowledgeable. He kept us entertained, including ensuring we had great pictures with the wild wombats. Delicious pies and dinner and enjoyable tour pace. I really recommend this tour.
This was a really great experience for our whole family. The wombat and kangaroo spotting were absolutely incredible!! We also enjoyed the short hikes and viewpoints we saw on the way out to the main event. My kids enjoyed the many snacks that were available throughout the day, lol, and we were all psyched to do some bird spotting in the van and on the hikes. We would absolutely do it again!
Great day of seeing the wild side of NSW! Beautiful parks, waterfalls, and wombats! Highly recommended!
Great experience and fun way to spend a day outside of Sydney. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and entertaining. Logistics were all very straightforward abd the sights, food, and animals were all amazing.
We have been to many tours all over and I have to say this tour is very well thought out and organized from beginning to end. It even includes 2 meals so it is very good value. The meat pie was good and you get a big dinner at a pub. Both meals were good. We were picked up at the first meeting point (Thomas Sutcliff Mort) which was really convenient to where we were staying at the Circular Quay area. Damon was able to organize all the final drop offs to get everyone either at their door or very close to where they stayed. Damon did both the guiding and the driving and it was a long day! Our family much appreciated his efforts in making it a safe and memorable day for all of us. When Damon made one of the last stops in the evening to look at the night sky, it was a bit cold and I was tired so I almost did not get out of the car thinking it was just another night sky...but no, it is a brilliant night sky without light pollution where you can see the milky way. The only issue with this outing is that there are a lot of animal droppings all over the grass where the wombats are so you must be mentally prepared. I would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends. Damon did an amazing job!
Great tour for families who enjoy wildlife! Highlights include walking with cute wombats, seeing wallabies and joeys, beautiful views of tree filled valleys, heart pub food and more. Guide was super fun and friendly. Fantasy photo opportunities for photographers also. Highly recommend!
Excellent tour! Our tour guide was amazing and incredible experience. It was nice to get out of Sydney and see so much wildlife.
