Fantastic river rafting trip with our guide Hennessy. 8 people per raft meant plenty of space. Excellent equipment suited to the conditions. Good safety briefing with full and clear information. Location easy to find and plenty of parking a space eat beforehand. Clean changing space. Photo package very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Went with our two girls 14 & 12. The guide was amazing, made us feel safe and reassured whilst making it an adventure and learning about the country around us. Great to see the river from a different perspective. They even worked hard to look after and support our daughter when she got a bit panicked on the category 4 rapids. A big shout out to Ricky!

Our trip with Hydra rafting was hands down the best rafting experience I've ever been on. Our guide Fabrio was a super star! He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He clearly knew that river very well. He navigated the class IV rapids like a real champ. The equipment was also extremely well cared for and in excellent condition, which added another level of confidence to the trip. Unforgettable, five star experience!

My family of 4 went on the "Classic" trip with Hydra River Guides the middle of August 2026 and had a blast. The Hydra guide (Vern) was exceptional providing good clear direction, a little humor and some local history during our trip down river. If I didn't live so far away (in Virginia, USA), I would make this an annual trip. Everyone at Hydra was friendly. The facilities were very clean, and the gear was in good shape. All in all, this was a 5/5!

I wenon the classic kicking horse river rafting experience. It was a combined 280$ well spent. My mom and I had a lot of fun, and the guide favian went beyond and did extra for us. It was a great experience.

I booked this rafting trip while on a week long celebration of my 60th birthday! We agreed this was our favorite activity of the trip and we did A LOT of things. Vern and the rest of the staff were very thorough and took great care of us. If you want a top shelf experience, Hydra is THE place to go! Thanks all for making our trip memorable.

Rapids were perfect in August. Exciting but not scary. Dean was an exceptional guide. Very informative and provided great guidance down the river. Stunning scenery and so much fun. Our family was able to raft just the four of us (two teens) which was an added bonus.

A dream come true as we were celebrating a 50th birthday! Our guide Kieran was a true rock star! She was fun, strong, knowledgeable. We loved the whole experience. The river was beautiful. We truly had a blast!!
