You can make original whiskey by blending 4 kinds of whiskey original liquor in your favorite ratio ♪ After checking the aromas and flavors of each unprocessed sake, I imagine the finished flavors and aromas myself and decide the ratio and blend them. I thought that if I distributed more of what I felt was the most delicious raw sake, I would like it, but when I actually tried it, I was surprised to find that it tasted better if I blended each raw sake in a balanced way. After making blended whiskies with different ratios, taste them and find your favorite. When I actually blended it, I was surprised to find that the aroma and taste changed beyond my imagination, and I realized that the world of blending whisky is profound. It is a world of surprise and emotion ☺️ I visited after 14:00 and the experience lasted about an hour, but I enjoyed the conversation with the staff and other customers until after 8pm.

We had the chance to experience blending whisky! Four kinds of unprocessed sake blended in the proportions you want. We bottled it and even put a label on it, and we had a wonderful whisky! The staff were kind to us and we had a good time. Thank you 😊

I have always loved drinking Okinawa Blue, and I have visited some restaurants in Okinawa, but this was my first time visiting a store in Shimbashi. Today we had a blending experience and had a very good time and a good rice whisky. It was a great time, along with the sipping atmosphere of the Shinbashi building. I'd like to visit Shimbashi again because it's easy to get there.
Had a whisky blending session here with my friends. You get 4 type of different whisky and create your favorite blending. Then, bottling and sealing it with your signature. The experience was already quite interesting but what impressed more was rice whiskey itself. Soft touch mouth feel from rice remains and on top of that there’s true and unique whisky flavor. Staff are all extremely friendly. Good vibes with good drinks. After the meal, why not have another round at the Okinawa blue. I will put the bar on my favorite list in Tokyo.

(English Translation with ChatGPT) I took part in a whisky blending experience. From four different key whiskies, you create a 10ml blend of your choice, experimenting as many times as you like until you find your favorite. Once you do, you get to bottle your very own original whisky. It was my first time, but even as a beginner, there was absolutely no problem. It felt more like a fun science experiment than anything serious :D Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience!
