Join our Biologist Staff for a 2 hour thrilling eco-adventure to respectfully observe the whales and dolphins in the Teno-Rasca Marine Protected area of Tenerife. Our boat is a custom built 8 meter whale watching boat with cushioned bench seats for only 11 guests. These two hour whale watching tours depart at 9:30am, 12 noon and 2:30pm from our dock, 'Pantalan No3' in the Puerto Colón Marina in the south of Tenerife. This is an educational eco-adventure with the opportunity to listen to whales and dolphins with our hydrophone, includes photos of the marine wildlife and our Sightings Guarantee. The meeting point is Meet our Guides at the BLUE GATE 3/Pantalán 3 in the Puerto Colón Marina 15 minutes before departure time. We don't have an office. In respect to all of our guests the boat leaves ON TIME. Guests that are late do NOT receive a refund or a reschedule. You DO NOT need to print the ticket. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

AI suggested this would make a good outing - and it was right! Our guide was knowledgeable and funny. He spoke multiple languages. We saw a huge amount of Pilot Whales, we saw Turtles & Dolphins too. The boat was small and speedy. This added to our enjoyment. 100% recommend.
We had an amazing trip, Ion was very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw two pods which was an incredible experience and also done in a completely appropriate way with the animals welfare and habitat totally respected. I’d go again tomorrow if I could and highly recommend. Also the photos were sent through promptly and free which is really appreciated and unusual in this day & age! Thanks Ion for a brilliant trip!

We did this whale watching eco adventure on 24 September in the morning, together with our guide Ion, and it was absolutely worth it! Ion was a fantastic guide. He told us so much about the animals, the ocean and the surroundings, always with so much passion and genuine love for both the animals and his job. You could really feel how much he cares about what he does. We were also incredibly lucky to have dolphins come right alongside our boat! 🐬 This was such a special moment, and we believe Ion’s patience and respectful way of approaching the animals made a big difference. He took his time instead of rushing, which allowed us to enjoy this beautiful encounter in the best possible way. It was not just a boat trip, but a truly memorable and respectful wildlife experience. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tenerife, and especially if you get the chance to go with Ion! 💙🐬

It was a wonderful experience. We saw pilot whales and dolphins. During the tour we learnt many interesting facts about cetaceans. The tour was on a small boat with a small 10 person group. Both guides were friendly and passionate about whales. Our original date got postponed due to weather conditions. The communication from the operator was clear and they allowed us to reschedule the tour for a different day.

We really enjoyed this experience with a small group of 8 people, while we were watching passing ships and boats with squeezed 60+ people on board. Carlota was extremely knowledgeable and was sharing a lot of interesting facts about marine ecosystem in Tenerife. This experience is slightly more expensive than from other providers, but, trust me, it worths it!

Everything was spectacular, both the explanation and the treatment. Although in my case I preferred to see it in another way, the way in which the tour is done without aggressively looking for the animal made me change my mind and enjoy it much more and think that it is the true correct way to enjoy these experiences.

It was a great experience. The guides were super pleasant, funny, passionate, and attentive. We had a truly eco-responsible experience, by letting the whales come to us. Amazing experience! Everything from the meet-up to end was fantastic. The guide, Ion was absolutely great - friendly, knowledgable, funny and profesional at the same time. He kept making sure everybody was doing alright and that we were having a good experience. You can tell he really cares about the animals and the environment, which is important and amazing to see. We were able to observe dolphins and pilot whales in their natural habitat, which was priceless. 10/10 would recommend!
