MUST DO TOUR IF YOU HAVE KIDS!
This was such a wonderful tour for both myself and my 6 year old daughter. Dana is so warm and welcoming. My daughter can be shy at times, but Dana has such a good way with kids, she got my daughter to open up immediately. My daughter was interacting with her and Wally the whale, and was excited to keep waking and learning about things around Charleston. I really wanted to do a walking tour of Charleston, but knew my young daughter would never have the patience for the adult tours. This was the perfect fit! As an adult, you learn things on this tour and go down pathways you would never know about. But at the same time, she teaches the kids and keeps them entertained. At no point was my daughter bored or not wanting to continue. She loved the whole experience and both of us learned so much. Dana is also so good about stopping to answer questions and even made sure to take pictures of us in front of historical features! Wally the Whale is silly and fun, and keeps the kids laughing and having a great time. Plus at the end she gets the kids ice cream! My daughter was so thrilled about that too! This tour was perfect, so happy we booked it! Definitely book this tour if you have kids!

A Must-Do Charleston Tour!
Our Charleston tour was absolutely outstanding thanks to Dana. She was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the city to life with fascinating history, fun trivia, and stories you won’t find in a guidebook. What really set her apart was how she shared hidden gems and secret spots that you’d never discover on your own. It felt like getting a local’s insider tour rather than a generic experience.
Dana was engaging, warm, and clearly passionate about Charleston, which made the whole tour even more enjoyable. On top of that, her dinner recommendation was phenomenal; one of the best meals we had on the trip! If you’re visiting Charleston, I can’t recommend Experience Moore Tours highly enough. This tour was a highlight of our visit.

For kids of all ages
Wally (and Dana, of course!) brought history to life for my six year old and me. Fun, informative, and memorable for both of us. We already can’t wait for our next tour!
