This isn't massively large like some. But the historical does back further. The volunteers answered all my questions with grace and a sense that they love Westminster. It is within 10-15 minutes of The Eye and War Rooms.
If you visit London is a must see! the Abbey is impressive and the audio guide was very informative!
Incredible history and beauty inside this abbey. It’s hard to see everything because of the crowds. Maybe limit the number of visitors might make this a better experience. Saying that I am grateful I was able to visit and recommend this anyone in London to visit
Visited because we felt that a trip to London wouldn’t be complete without including Westminster Abbey. Was interesting but not the best thing we did in London, However, do respect its history and role in its nation’s major events.
This is just an entry ticket. If you want a real tour with a knowledgeable tour guide look elsewhere.

Visiting Westminster is a must-do. The history is staggering, and the audio tour really adds to the overall experience. With that said, most people will probably get through the audio tour in no more than 90 minutes, so you could easily squeeze other tourist places into your day if you do this tour (pending time of day). And yes, it can get crowded.
Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Westminster and found the history and audio tour so enriching. We appreciate your helpful comments about the time needed for the audio tour and the opportunity to combine it with other attractions. We also appreciate your note regarding the crowds, and we hope you had a memorable and enjoyable experience despite this. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, and we hope to welcome you again in the future. Kind Regards Evan Evans Team
I wear hearing aids due to severe hearing deficit, and I require a cane. It was impossibile to read the captions on the screen, see all the beauty and history of the Abbey, and watch where I was walking at the same time. If the audio were attached to Bluetooth for my hearing aids, my tour of this magnificent Abbey would have been much more enjoyable.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the audio and visual information made it difficult for you to fully enjoy your visit to the Abbey. We appreciate your suggestion regarding Bluetooth compatibility with hearing aids and will share this valuable feedback with our team. Kind regards, EvanEvansTours Team
Tickets and audio were very good value for money Every ticket went smoothly

We used an audio tour. Lots of historical info. Wish there were better instructions/signage. Helpful staff were present. Very crowded with visitors!!!
