I booked directly with the company instead of through the cruise ship. When that is done, you must go outside of gate 1 to meet with your driver. Most people were very helpful with directions, and I was able to find our guide rather quickly via the sign that he held. Eric was very professional and instructed us to stay with him until our driver arrived. Our driver, Remmy, came to us and guided us through the crowd to our vehicle which was very clean and nice. Remmy was very professional and pleasant. It was a treat to meet such a nice young man. Remmy took us to the Rum distillery, chocolate factory and then to your beach destination, Blue Roatan Beach Club, which I would recommend as well. Remmy stayed with us while we visited the beach club and returned us safely to our cruise terminal. I would definitely recommend Roatan Five Stars!

Our cruise ship stopped at Roatan for the day. We had a private guide George who was very knowledgeable on the island and its history. We visited the rum factory with a great view, chocolate factory, rusty fish (all great places). He then took us to West End and we walked the area and got breakfast at Sandy Buns and a monkey la la from sundowners. We really enjoyed our visit to the island. Thanks George
Not at all as described. It was sold as a Rum Factory and Chocolate factory tour. It was basically a taxi ride to a Rum storefront to sample and buy rum. Same with the supposed Chocolate Factory, not a factory, but a storefront to buy chocolate. We did not purchased chocolate. My wife opted to buy a bottle of rum. I guess so she felt the trip wasn't a total waste. At $40 for a 750ml bottle I am sure you can find a comparable product at Specs. Very short visit, not crowded. Staff was courteous. Would not recommend.

We had Daniel as our driver/tour guide. He was so awesome-very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. He took us to the chocolate factory, rum factory and to the beach. Along the way, he gave us the history of island and stopped at local tourist points so we could take pictures. Daniel was very friendly and a great guide. I would choose to go with him again. It was a birthday vacation for my husband and I and we had an amazing experience. Neil was our tour guide and he was great. Neil took us to a beautiful beach resort where he spent the day with us and once ready to leave, he took us to a Rum factory where we tasted the Rum and Rum cake made there. Next we went to a chocolate factory where a guy named “Willy Wonka” gave us a brief history on the cocoa and how the different chocolate flavors come about in Honduras. In the few hours the Mardi Gras was there, we learned so much about the history of Roatán, Honduras. We are definitely going back and again will hope to be able to make contact with the same company who serviced our vacation this past week of September 2024.
Our Tour guide Denzel was awesome.He was raised on the Island and was very informative. Took us to the Westend beach and the white sand and clear clam water was the best. He was on time at pick up spot and kept all the other away. Will definitely use them again if we stop there again.
We had a great day with Chanda! She showed us around all the fun stops, and we were able to beat the crowds. She had great recommendations for lunch and we ended up zip lining at the end! Highly recommend.
Fantastic service, would definitely recommend. Air conditioned van was so nice on the hot day. Our driver was so friendly and took us to a great spot!
