We enjoyed the beautiful views at high elevations. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. More of a jeep tour than a guided adventure. If you want a calm tour with beautiful scenery and a friendly host this one’s yours.
This was the best thing we did while staying in Asheville area. Our guide - Rich - was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and an amazing driver. He really knows the area and made this experience very special. The waterfalls and the views are breathtaking and absolutely gorgeous. After we came back Rich recommended a few local places for dinner and because it was getting late we ordered take out at Smoke On BBQ and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this trip. Very fun and the sceneries are beautiful!

We didn’t see as many waterfalls as we expected to see. But we saw so many other interesting views that we did not expect to see. The waterfalls we saw were spectacular. We would have never found the sites that Rich took us to. Rich was very informative and accommodating and Meatball was just a precious companion!
Rich and ‘meatball’ do such an excellent job of touring western North Carolina’s waterfalls. The Falls that are a bit more remote and off the beaten path were especially enjoyable!
Our guide was wonderful and we also enjoyed his dog, Meatball. Pickup was a bit questionable, as we did not understand that our Jeep tour only used the parking lot of the business- and the business was closed. The jeep ride was great and we saw beautiful sights. Our guide put a positive spin on our tour, even though the weather wasn’t especially cooperative, and as he said- we were experiencing a real Smoky Mountain day.
