Thank you, Denise, for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the initial A/C issue and the delay while we arranged a replacement bus. We understand how uncomfortable that experience must have been, and we take that part of your review seriously. However, we would like to respectfully clarify that the statement that you only experienced “2 stops” and that most of the memorials were inaccessible is not accurate. Our tour did cover the major memorials and planned sightseeing locations, with the exception of the White House area. That evening, Washington, D.C. was under extraordinary security and traffic restrictions because the Prime Minister of Israel was visiting the United States, and the President was hosting a dinner at the White House after 8:00 PM. As a result, roads and access around the White House were restricted, which was completely outside of our control. Despite those restrictions, our team worked to provide guests with as much of the advertised tour experience as safely and reasonably possible. We also arranged a replacement vehicle once the A/C problem was brought to our attention. We are disappointed that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we want future guests to have the full and accurate context surrounding that particular evening. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our service, communication, and guest experience. — RSN Tours Management
