Our tour guide Sam, and driver Lea were great. Water was plentiful. There are elevators to use if needed.

our tour was scheduled for 4 hours and it was cut short to less than 3 hours. many parts of city were closed off preventing the bus to get to stops. they should have cancelled the tours during america 250. AC on bus was not sufficient. tour guide could be more knowledgeable of the city.
Great organization. Very punctual. Very kind. Very clear instructions & explanations. Was super hot & water & paper towels were at the ready to assist with hydration & mopping our brow!
Nick was an unexpected gem! He filled the day with humor, facts, and a wonderful personality. Nick is beloved by the tour guiding community. It was a rainy day for our tour, but Nick made it fun with his outgoing personality!
Stop on tour not included—not told before the bus left. Paid $160.20—only $8.01 credit. Tour Guide was arrogant & rude.
Tonya, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your tour last month. Since you've posted this review in multiple locations, we've responded thoroughly to your comments on the original review. We understand your frustration regarding the closure of the Capitol that day. Your tour date coincided with the recent No Kings protest, which was one of the most attended First Amendment events in recent years. Road closures were expected to be lifted before your tour ended, and the plan was to visit if possible, but the guide and driver had to adapt as needed. Additionally, the management has spoken with the guide about his customer service etiquette. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly.
USA Guided Tour Company— **The brochure had 9:15am pick time; but they told the driver an earlier time which caused us anxiety because we thought they may leave us;✅ **It was mentioned to Matt—over the phone before we booked the tour about health challenges & Matt said that they would be able to accommodate; but bus driver seemed confused about this protocol when it was brought to they’re attention;✅ **They didn’t offer any discount off the tickets; until I called the company & asked for the tickets to be discounted because one of the sites in the brochure was not to visited as advertised—I was told by the driver that the company can’t control was happens at the sites; but the company was made aware of this the night before the tour; but we were not informed of this until we were already on the bus starting out for the tour;✅ **The tour guide was very arrogant & dismissive of us as the resort guests—he actual had a hat that said “Tour God” on it—(there’s only one God—Jesus Christ the Lord—period…)!!!! The tour guide had an inflated view of himself masking his arrogance with corny jokes—thought of himself more than what he was; and I felt very uncomfortable when he(tour guide) got in my personal space & hovered over me on the bus to challenge me because I had a question about some misinformation that he had given in an announcement to all of us on the tour. We will never used this company again; we don’t care if they are black owned; we are paying money to be mistreated by our own people; we only received $8.01 credit back for tickets that totaled $160.20 dollars!!! —NO WAY JOSE!!!;✅
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your tour last month. We understand your frustration regarding the closure of the Capitol that day. Your tour date coincided with the highly attended No Kings protest, which caused a lot of uncertainty in traffic that day. Although road closures were expected to be lifted before your tour ended, our guide and driver had to adapt to the circumstances. We recognize how disappointing this must have been, but we hope you can understand that this closure was beyond our control.. The guide notified you as soon as we were able to confirm access to the site was not possible. Seperately, I remember our conversation about your health concerns. We certainly are able to accommodate guests with mobility issues, and I apologize that the driver did not provide you with much confidence in this regard. Our management team has followed up with this driver offered him additional training on accessibility protocols. We are also disappointed to learn that your experience with your guide was negative. It is our top priority to ensure that guests are comfortable and having a good time, and your experience does not reflect our standards. We have spoken with him regarding his customer service etiquette and appreciate you providing this feedback. Last, I want to take a moment to clarify that the 5% credit you received was a direct result of the missed 10-minute stop as these additional concerns were not raised to the original agent on the 18th of October. I genuinely appreciate your feedback, and have sent an updated report of this order to our management team with this additional context for their consideration. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly.
Our tour was tailored to meet our time frame. Terry our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Our driver did a great job of getting us close to the memorials on the tour and keeping us safe in crazy DC traffic! The tour provided water. The air conditioning could have been better on the bus.
We are glad you had a good time!
We had amazing day in our nation’s capital!!!Raphael is an awesome driver and very knowledgeable about DC!! Thank for making our day!!!
Thank you for visiting!
The heat was unbearable reaching over 110 and yet both the driver and guide made this the highlight of our DC trip. Evan was our tour guide and provided so much historical information. We had been to DC monuments on our own previously but this was so worth the fees. Evan the guide provided substance and meaning to each of the sights as well as humor. Maggie was our driver and she handled the tour bus with ease. We were there during the NATO Summit and a lot of streets were blocked off and the amount of people and traffic were significant. Maggie also made sure that all the passengers stayed hydrated and offered paper towels- which were needed!! She dropped us off as close to each monument and picked us up even closer if possible due to the heat. We would highly recommend this tour even if you've been to DC multiple times.
We appreciate it!
I signed up for the Washington monument tour with entry tickets. When I arrived in the morning as the tour was starting, the operator notified me that the tour I signed up for did not include tickets for the Washington monument. I asked for a full refund. They only gave me a partial. This is not how you treat people or run a business.
