For Harry Potter fans, great scenes from movie and high quality sets. Better to eat kid way rather than at the entrance. Skip the audio rental for this one as there is plenty of info already there in English. Only get audio rental if you want another language.

The only reason this is getting a 5star is because of Warner Bros and my child is Harry Potter fan. However Evans and Evans/Superior Transportation was not accommodating at all. I emailed, texted and called to let them know my flight was delayed by almost 8 hours. They were not willing to reschedule for a later hour or a different day. They said that I needed at least 48 hours notice in order for them to make any changes. Paying $377 USD was not worth it. I didn’t use their transportation services. I made my own traveled arrangements when finally made it to London. If planning on visiting Warner Bros, I suggest you purchase tickets ahead of time and only for the study and take the tube and bus there.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that your child enjoyed the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and that the Harry Potter experience was a highlight of your visit. However, we’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties caused by your flight delay and that we were unable to accommodate a last-minute change to your booking. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after such a significant delay and given the amount you had paid for the experience. Our booking and amendment policies are in place because transportation and tour arrangements need to be confirmed in advance, but we appreciate that unexpected travel disruptions can happen. We’re sorry that, in this situation, you were unable to make use of the transportation service you had booked. Thank you for sharing your experience. Your feedback is important to us and will be passed on to the relevant team as we continue looking for ways to improve how we support guests affected by unforeseen travel delays. Kind regards, Evanevanstours team
Excellent experience, everything was truly magical! You get a really good mix of both full indulgence into the magical world and into the history and making of the magic. 10/10 would recommend to all of my friends and family!
Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a magical experience and enjoyed the wonderful balance between immersing yourself in the magical world and discovering its history and creation. Your 10/10 recommendation means so much to us, and we’re delighted that you would share the experience with your friends and family. We hope to welcome you back for another magical adventure in the future! Kind regards, Evanevanstours team
Where to meet the bus. We almost missed it. They sent directions to the wrong place. I called 5 minutes before we were to meet. I was told run! My husband is 72 and I’m 66z we are a little too old to “run”. If the experience had not been what it was I would have rated you 1 star.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry for the confusion regarding the meeting point and the incorrect directions provided. We completely understand how stressful this must have been, particularly when you were given such short notice and were told to “run.” This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We’re very sorry that this caused unnecessary stress at the start of your experience, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad to hear that the tour itself ultimately made a positive impression, but we understand how easily the situation could have resulted in a very different experience. Please accept our sincere apologies, and thank you for your patience and understanding. Evan Evans Tours Team
Loved the studio tour. The tour group itself is just for transportation purposes. You are on your own once you’re actually there. That being said, the transport bus was very nice and we were comfortable getting there and back.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the studio tour and found the transport experience comfortable. We appreciate your comments regarding the structure of the tour and are pleased that the coach provided a pleasant journey to and from the destination. We hope to welcome you again on another tour soon. Kind regards, Evanevanstours Team
The bus was hot, with no air conditioning. We really enjoyed the tour, but the bus was no “ luxury.”
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour overall and appreciate your comments regarding the coach conditions. We are sorry that the temperature on the bus affected your experience and that the comfort level did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding the coach facilities has been noted and will be shared with our team for review as we continue to improve our service. We hope to welcome you again on a future tour. Kind regards, Evanevanstours Team
Do not book with these rude, unprofessional people. The trip is very expensive and they ruined it for me. First of all, you do not get the branded Harry Potter bus that they show in the picture. You get a plain double decker bus that was extremely HOT! It was like an oven when we got on and didn't get any better. It was so hot that I got extremely nauseous and wasn't even able to do the tour. I had to sit near the entrance because I felt weak while my family did the tour. They advertise 4 hours at the studio, but we only got 3 1/2 because they took so long at the second stop trying to fit people on the bus. They said they would adjust the time, but they did not. My family had to rush through the tour. The guides were very rude and the bus driver was a horrible driver who had an accident on the way back and they threw us off the bus at some random place. Please do yourself a favor and do not book with this company.

We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Kind regards, Evanevanstours Team
Easy to find and the bus was better than expected to sit in even on a hot summer day. However, we became aware before departure that others had a later return time than us. Our return time gave us 3.5 hours of the studio itself. Fortunately, I've been to the studio before and know that it's too little time, so we had to use our own transport home to get to see and do everything. The receptionist says that the others have paid for later return time, but I can't remember having gotten up any options around different times to pick up on. Make this more clear when ordering. Luckily, she informed us about alternative transportation home, and this was well marked outside the studio.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the meeting point easy to locate and that the coach was comfortable even on a warm summer day. We appreciate your comments regarding the return time options and the amount of time available at the studio. We understand your concerns and will review how these options are communicated during the booking process to ensure they are clearer for our guests. We’re glad that you were able to arrange alternative transport and make the most of your visit. Thank you for helping us improve our service. Kind regards, Evanevanstours Team
We had a terrible experience—zero stars! We were among the first on the bus and were told to sit upstairs, even though we were the first pickup and others who boarded later at the second stop got to stay downstairs. The upper level felt like an oven with no air, despite it not being a particularly hot day. Everyone was trying to adjust the vents, and one woman even went down to tell the tour guide it was hot. He came up and agreed, but nothing changed. They were incredibly unorganized, holding us up at the second stop while figuring out where to seat people. I think they even split up a parent and child behind us because when they were making people change seats, I heard a lady say "she's only 6 years old!". Why not just assign seats??? We left late, and the guide assured us they’d adjust our return time, but they certainly did NOT. Instead of the advertised four hours at the studio, we got off the bus at 2:50 and had to be back by 6:20, losing a full 30 minutes. They took forever letting people off the bus, letting the group that came on 2nd get off first, while we sweated upstairs. When I got off and complained about the heat and the time, the male tour guide was very rude, sarcastically telling me to “come back after four hours,” implying we’d be left behind. I mentioned that the lady tour guide made an announcement saying "don't worry, your time will be adjusted so you will have the 4 full hours", and she said, "the time has passed". I have no idea what that means. The male tour guide denied it was hot, claiming some people said it was cold. I seriously doubt that. Maybe it was cooler downstairs, but we baked upstairs. Cool air didn’t start coming through until we were nearly at the studios. If you read older reviews, which i should have, you will see this is an ongoing problem with them. Because of the sweltering ride, my husband got car sick (which he never does) and couldn’t do the tour, staying near the entrance to rest and drink water. I took my kids, including my adult son with autism, and we rushed through everything, worried we’d get stuck and miss the bus, giving us more stress he didn’t need, If you love someone with autism, you know what I mean. The studio itself was awesome, what we got to see of it. Funny, on the way back the air conditioner suddenly started working so they made everyone suffer in the heat for nothing. All of a sudden, they were also able to open the sunroofs on the top of the bus to get air, and as they did, they were hitting tree branches and pieces of the trees were falling on people’s heads that were sitting there. The driver drove like a maniac and stopped short several times. And to finish the lousy day off, the bus hit something and the side mirror broke, and we were dumped at the side of the road with no explanation to use upstairs, nowhere near where we were supposed to be let off, so we had to pay even more money on a cab to get back to our hotel. I suppose I should be happy that he didn't hit something closer to the studios, because I'm sure they would have dumped us there too without a care. Go with any other company or just go on your own. I wish we did. Stay away from this company!
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the seating arrangements, the uncomfortable temperature on the upper deck, delays, reduced time at the studio, the way your concerns were handled by our team, and the disruption caused by the vehicle incident on the return journey. We also regret the stress this caused your family, particularly your husband becoming unwell. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment. Your comments have been shared with our management team and will be reviewed carefully as we work to improve our service. Kind regards, EvanEvansTours Team
The bus driver for Evan & Evan’s was pretty rude. Other than that it was a good time.
