This was such a fun tour. We learned so much about Southampton and its Titantic history. Our guide did a great job. She was easy to understand and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this tour.

I amolder, waited at my hotel for pickup. There was no notice on the ticket page about pickup at a different place. When the tour operator finally answered my email about where was she ,I was told to walk to a pub to get picked up. I had to find out where the pub was and missed my tour. The pick up should have been on the first page of the ticket.

The tour company was only contacted after the tour had commenced. A Late Meeting Point is emailed to all late guests, as a courtesy. It is unfortunate that you missed the tour. Interesting, I didn’t know about the old town or the connection to the Pilgrims, let alone the history of the Titanic. Sobering to think about the disparity between 1st class and steerage, and thank goodness we have safety standards these days - you still won’t get me to cross the Atlantic on a boat, that’s what planes are for! All in all, a great way to spend a few hours with a lovely, knowledgeable and slightly quirky host. Highly recommended!
