Awesome experience with Anastasia as our guide. Very knowledgeable guide with lots of amazing insight.
Guide was very nice and informative. Made sure everyone was taken care of. It was a very hot day so a little challenging.
My guide, Anastasia, did her job so well! She was well versed in the history of the Colleseum and made the tour interactive and fun. Seeing the Colleseum, the gladiators entrance and Paletine hill was the most memorable experience of my trip to Rome.
Anastasia was an amazing guide. She was easy to understand. She was enthusiastic and you could tell she had a passion for the subject matter.
Italia tours changed the time. I arrived at my scheduled time 10:00 per my ticket but they had moved the tour to 3 hours later. I just bought another entry ticket. When they called around 13:00 hours to see if I was meeting them I was already in the Colosseum doing the self tour. I don’t recommend companies who do this type of thing and won’t refund the ticket.
Dear Cinthya, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing your booking, we can confirm that an email notifying you of the schedule change was sent and successfully opened. As we understand that changes such as these can be inconvenient, we offered all affected guests the option to either accept the new departure time or cancel for a full refund. As we did not receive a cancellation request from you, your booking was confirmed for the new departure time. Had you contacted us before purchasing another Colosseum ticket, we would have been happy to confirm the updated departure time and assist you. However, we did not hear from you until approximately 1:00 p.m., after you had already entered the Colosseum on your own. We appreciate that managing multiple travel bookings can sometimes be challenging, and we are sorry that this situation affected your experience. However, based on our records, we notified you of the change, provided the option of a full refund, and confirmed your reservation only after receiving no cancellation request. We wish you all the best for the rest of your travels.
Thoroughly enjoyed this tour with Nadya as our guide. She is knowledgeable and passionate about the history. We learned a lot. Highly recommend this your.
This was such a fun way to see the Colosseum!!! To be literally on the arena floor was surreal! It was a hot, humid day, and our guide Sandra was absolutely the best! She waited for shade to describe details of what we were seeing, she was fun, enthusiastic, and kept her sense of humor about her during a super humid day. She even had another tour right after us!! I would highly recommend this tour to experience first-hand the Colosseum, Palantine Hill, and the Roman Forum. Ask for Sandra and you will have the best experience possible!!
Wonderful tour of the Colosseum and forum area with our fantastic guide Anastasia. Lots of history, myths, beautiful views, and archaeological restoration facts. Not only is the area absolutely fascinating, but our guide was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
This was a super comprehensive and immersive tour! Our guide, Vincenzo (Enzo) was so knowledgeable, and clearly loves sharing what he knows with visitors. His enthusiasm carried us through the hours in the sun and our teens really enjoyed learning about Ancient Rome. Thank you, Enzo, for a wonderful morning!
