The guide and the service are top-notch. However, the group's inertia makes the day very long. I did not like the way the animals were treated at the Quechua village.

A lot of value for your money. You don't have to do everything, but you can. Tourism should also benefit the local or indigenous population. I have thought about it. Respect.
An unforgettable experience with the travelers
Good value for money.. the activity would be better starting a little earlier (around 8 a.m.) so as not to return at 9 p.m. in the evening.. otherwise an excellent discovery of the Amazon. Meal was good.
Bon rapport qualité prix.. l’activité aurait intérêt à commencer un peu plus tôt (vers 8h) pour ne pas revenir à 21h le soir.. sinon excellente découverte de l’Amazonie. Repas bien.
This tour was the overall best variety of activities & value for the money that I had experienced in Banos. It was a long and full day, but certainly worth it! The highlights for me were the waterfall hike and the Finca Mirador viewpoint with the "extreme" swing. Our guide Pedro was great as well. He was kind, considerate, and made sure we kept to the schedule.
It was honestly the coolest tour I did. However, it was marketed as English tour guide poorly. I was the only fluent English speaking person on tour, and I did not get out of the tour as I would have with a fully English tour. I did have a guide who spoke English, but not fluently. I understand I’m in another country and I’m okay to be immersed, and again it was an amazing tour, just the marketing of it was misleading.
Thank you very much for your comment. We are glad to know that you enjoyed the tour and that you had a good experience overall. We are sorry that the guide's fluency in English did not meet your expectations. We value your comments and we will take them into account to continue improving and offering a higher quality service to our customers.
This is an exciting and affordable way to see many aspects of the Amazon. Everything occurred as described. I enjoyed everything that was included however, it went on way too long for me. I thought I was prepared for such a long day but at one point I was over it. I opted out of the Finca Mirador and the chocolate demo. After seeing pictures of the Mirador viewpoint, do NOT skip this. The view is amazing and I wish I'd seen it in person. If I had the choice to remove anything from the tour, I would opt not to visit the indigenous community. It just didn't feel right. It felt performative and no one looked happy. The only time a few community members expressions changed were when there were personal interactions with people from the tour. I would still recommend this tour and would do it again either with fewer stops or would pay more and do 1.5 days of the tour.
Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour and truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving. We take your comments about the tour duration and the visit to the indigenous community into account, always with the commitment to offer respectful and authentic experiences. Thank you for recommending us. We would be happy to welcome you again.
Variety of experiences, relatively low price, almost everything included, still feels authentic enough, highly recommend.
Thank you very much for your recommendation! 😊 We’re happy to know you enjoyed the experience and felt the tour offered great value for its price. We’d be delighted to welcome you again
Had a lot go good experiences on this tour. The pick-up arrived on schedule, and connected us with the larger group. The hike to the waterfall and dip in the pool was the highlight of the day. I do feel like the lunch stop could've been shortened, since we spent a lot of time just waiting before and after the meal. Also, the visit to the 'village' was a bit uncomfortable since it made a spectacle of the inhabitants, and also included animals being forcibly used for photographs with some eager tourists.
Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your observations regarding the lunch stop and the village visit. Your feedback helps us review our timing and ensure that all cultural and animal interactions are conducted in a respectful and responsible manner. We value your input as it helps us continue improving our tours.
This tour is the best value for money you could ask for. You do such a variety of activities and it is paced really well. The guide is helpful if you need to ask questions but most of the time you are just happy to be doing the activities. Thanks Pedro and the team.
Thank you so much for your kind words! 🌟 We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the variety of activities and the balance of the tour. Pedro and the whole team are very happy to know their efforts made your experience memorable. Your feedback motivates us to keep creating unforgettable moments for our guests. We hope to welcome you again on another adventure soon!
