One of the main attractions in Negril, Jamaica is the beaches, specifically the famous Seven Mile Beach. Although this is a small town of about 3,000, it stretches across two parishes and there are a number of beautiful beaches for people to enjoy. The seven mile stretch is the stuff of vacation legends; made up of the long 4 mile stretch and the smaller 3 mile stretch of Bloody Bay.
At one time, the Seven Mile Beach was controlled by unruly pirates but of course today, the pirates are gone, leaving seven miles of silky golden sand for beach lovers to enjoy. This natural oasis is ideal for sunbathing, snorkeling, and even scuba diving, along with a number of other fun water sports. The only caution is for parents of smaller children since some people soak up the sun or swim at this beach void of bathing suits.

Day in Negril
We had an amazing day with Cornell. We celebrated our 50th anniversary and he made it very special for us. We relaxed on the beach in Negril, ate at the Woodstock Restaurant and finished at Rick’s Cafe with a beautiful sunset. It was a very memorable day with Cornell with FunTrip Tours.

A once in a life time experience
The entire trip was an amazing experience. Cornell provided amazing lessons of the Jamaican culture, gave us amazing hospitality, and made us feel truly at home with him along the journey. I highly recommend any & everyone give all his tours a go. He's the best out there.

Fantastic Private Tour in Negril
We had a great tour with Cornell. He gave us an overview of the history of Jamaica , stopped at great food spots so we could try authentic Jamaican food, and made sure our trip was the best it could be. We had a great time on our private tour to Negril and would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thank you Cornell for making us feel so welcome and taken care of during our time in Jamaica!! We had a wonderful time with Cornell! He's an exceptional tour guide and such a personable individual to spend time with. Throughout the tour, he gave us fun facts/history about the locations we were driving through. His presence made the tour much more enjoyable - from a 10/10 to an 11/10.
Amazing location choices and options, great food, great weather, and an overall great time.

Ask for Cornell!
This was a very fun excursion! Cornell was a very excellent driver/guide and we had an absolute BLAST with him! He stopped along the way and treated us to some local treats of sour sop (VERY tasty fruit) and meat patties (so good!). He was very fun, energetic, and knowledgeable. He was a very safe driver and we even laughed our butts off at his ability to dodge potholes in the road. We never felt like we were on a schedule and he truly wanted us to have a personal experience. I would definitely book with Cornell again and highly recommend him!!

Tooooo many trips to the counter
Ordered the egg and cress sandwich ,plus a cup of tea each.The tea arrived within a few minutes. Unfortunately the sandwiches came 30 minutes later, by this time we had nearly drank all of our tea .First when the tea for two arrived,there was only one saucer. Also the water was not hot in the teapot ! Two trips to the counter for a saucer first ,then again for more hot water. When the egg and cress sandwiches arrived,there was far too much egg in the sandwich.Yes it’s nice to see you have got something in between the bread.Just far too much ,I actually felt sick after eating it all .Also there did seem to be mayonnaise mixed in with the egg,which wasn’t stated on the menu.Plus another trip to the counter for napkins. Why can’t they come with the meal? Expensive menu. ! Never got asked if everything was ok ,won’t be back.

Jamaica! What can I… 💜
Our driver was friendly, punctual and a safe driver! We prearranged a stop for a fresh lobster lunch and it didn’t disappoint!
Margaritaville (chairs are free but umbrella is $15) and Rick’s Cafe (no outside food or drinks) have free entry, but be prepared to pay for all food and drinks.
We had a wonderful time on this excursion and felt comfortable and safe with our driver during our travels from Montego Bay to Negril and back. I highly recommend this tour company.

We loved this trip so...
We loved this trip so much! Even though the drive from Montego Bay to Negril is 90ish minutes, our driver, Cornell made the time fly sharing the history of Jamaica and stopping along the way for fresh coconuts and local food. 7-mile beach in Negril is beautiful. Cornell took us to a spot that was not crowded at all and it truly felt like we were on island time 😎. Rick’s cafe was a blast and the views are incredible. We jammed out with Cornell on the ride home to top off the day. 10 out of 10!
