So much fun! Highly recommend Andy! Vito& massimo for your drivers, they speak English
Thank you Massimo for the good Tour and the Nice fotostops
Missimo was an excellent guide and asked which sites we wanted to visit, got us there in a fun and safe way ! Highly recommend, thankyou !
A very disappointing experience, marked by a clear lack of empathy and professionalism. I booked this tour as a surprise during my honeymoon. Just a few hours after making the reservation, I was contacted and informed that they could not honor the confirmed 8:00 PM schedule and asked me to change it to 6:00 PM. I explained that I already had another tour ending at that time, so the only alternative offered was to start 15 minutes later. That was clearly not enough time to travel from one location to another. While on my way, I informed them that I was running slightly late, and I was told that if I did not arrive by 7:00 PM, the tour would be canceled. Despite that, I arrived before 7:00 PM, only to be told that the driver had already left. The schedule change was initiated by the company, yet there was no flexibility or consideration for the inconvenience caused. This was especially frustrating because it happened during such a special occasion—my honeymoon. I would not recommend this experience.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially during such a special occasion as your honeymoon. However, your review confirms that our team contacted you in advance to advise of an operational schedule change and worked to identify an alternative departure time. You also acknowledge that communication remained active while you were traveling to the meeting point. While we understand your disappointment, terms such as "lack of empathy" and "unprofessional" are subjective opinions rather than objectively verifiable facts. The review itself shows that efforts were made to communicate and propose an alternative schedule, even though it ultimately did not fit your travel plans. Kind regards, Luxurbe Team
Sa and Massimo were amazing drivers and tour guides! We had the best time viewing the city and learning about the history! I would do this tour again!
The ride is very bumpy, due to cobbled streets, so if this could harm health issues be aware. It is THE BEST way to see the sights and very Roman!
Shocking to say the least, be warned, this was a surprise anniversary present. we arrived early at the described destination. One red bike turned up so I was buzzing. Another couple were waiting with us. Spoke to the rider who said he was just waiting for another bike. 1/2 hour passed he then got on the bike and rode off. We contacted the operator who told us were weren't there. Funny that I pics to prove I was. He said wait till 12.30 and he rider will be back. NO SHOW. We waited over 2 hours in all .I still have not had a refund
Dear Guest, We are truly sorry to read your disappointment, especially given the personal significance of the occasion. However, we would like to clarify that all tours operate through verified meeting point coordination and rider assignment procedures. Claims that guests were marked absent despite being present are serious and do not reflect standard operational protocol without supporting verification. Meeting point environments may involve multiple vehicles, riders, and groups, and visual assumptions regarding rider assignment may not always correspond to a specific booking. Your statement describes a complete no-show and unresolved refund, yet such matters are reviewed through booking records, communication logs, and platform procedures before conclusions are made. While we understand the emotional frustration, terms such as “shocking” should be balanced against verified operational facts. Kind regards, Luxurbe Team
I booked this ‘tour’ for my husbands 40th birthday. It was an utterly useless waste of our time. We arrived at the meeting point at 11:25, and by 11:30 I phoned the call centre to ask how to identify the driver as there was a big event on near the spot, I was told “we do these tours all the time, we’ll find you” but after several phone calls - most of which were unanswered or I was hung up on, we eventually met our driver - he was not interested at all in seeking us out. The tour already started 30 minutes late. We then had to walk to a garage for the sidecar and were told “I don’t speak english”. I specifically asked to be taken to a particular spot at The Colosseum, and this was missed. The tour guide spoke very limited English and barely gave any explanations throughout the tour, it was so depressing. “This is the river, this is the hospital”. When we arrived somewhere he would shrug and say “see you in 10-15 mins”, no explanation, it was so awkward. Not once did he offer to take a photo of us. We also got dropped off on main road, very unsafe - basically abandoned. I’d never recommend these people. It felt like a scam. Don’t waste your time.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify several points to ensure a balanced understanding of the experience. On the day of your tour, the meeting point area was affected by a major event, which can create delays and make guest-driver coordination more complex. Our team remains available by phone to assist in these situations, and meeting adjustments may be required due to access limitations. The slight delay and the need to reach the vehicle location are consistent with logistical constraints in restricted city areas. Regarding language, English-speaking service is provided; however, the level of interaction perceived can vary, and statements such as “barely spoke English” or “no explanations” are subjective. Specific route requests (such as individual stops) cannot always be guaranteed, as itineraries must follow traffic regulations, safety considerations, and timing constraints. Drop-off locations are selected based on safety and accessibility. The characterization of being “abandoned” does not reflect our operational standards. Finally, terms such as “scam” are serious accusations that are not supported by factual evidence and do not reflect the nature of the service delivered. Kind regards, Luxurbe Team
We were really looking forward to this event and it was even better than we had imagined. Our three hosts Petro, Ernesto and Massimo were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a really great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this experience to others.
Excellent tour. One passenger in the sidecar and one in the back of the driver. Fun and we stopped at all of the top tourist sites in Rome.
