Vatican Museums entrance tickets are issued for specific time slots, and unfortunately, once an entrance time has expired, admission cannot always be recovered or transferred to a later group. These entrance regulations are established by the Vatican Museums and must be respected by all tour operators and visitors. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive and discover that you could no longer join the group, particularly when visiting the Vatican Museums was an important part of your time in Rome. For this reason, Rome Tour provided a refund for the tour. We are also sorry that you felt our communication was not courteous.
