Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel Entry Tickets

Thank you so much for the fantastic 5-star review and recommendation! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a seamless and enjoyable experience visiting the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Clear instructions and engaging guidance make all the difference when exploring such a vast and historically rich site, so we are delighted that everything went smoothly for you. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we hope to welcome you on another guided experience during your next trip to Rome!

Thank you for your review! Sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the valid entry tickets were shared with you in advance via email, along with clear instructions on how to use them at the entrance. In addition, we also reached out through messages to ensure you had the correct tickets and information before your visit. It appears there may have been some confusion between the booking voucher and the actual entry tickets. Kindly note that only the tickets provided in PDF format are valid for scanning at the entrance, as mentioned in our communication. For future travelers, we kindly recommend checking for the PDF tickets sent via email and using those directly at the entrance, rather than the booking voucher, to avoid any issues during entry. Regards, Natalia

Thank you for your review! Sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand how disappointing this must have been, especially during a short stay in Rome. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the late cancellation. Unfortunately, in rare cases, cancellations can occur due to unforeseen operational or availability issues beyond our control. However, we fully recognize the impact this had on your plans, particularly missing the opportunity to visit the Sistine Chapel. We always strive to inform our guests as early as possible and to offer suitable alternatives whenever we can. We regret that, in your case, we were unable to provide a timely solution. We assure that such last minute cancellations are not common, we always do our best to communicate promptly and support with other alternatives whenever possible. Regards, Natalia

We appreciate your feedback regarding your visit to the Vatican Museums. While we would love to have the power to control the Roman weather or bypass the mandatory security checks of the Vatican State, these elements remain, unfortunately, outside our jurisdiction. Your booking was specifically for Entry Tickets, which provide access to the Sistine Chapel but do not include an audio guide a detail clearly noted in the "Inclusions" section of the product description. We strive to provide clear instructions for every guest, though we understand that navigating world-famous monuments in the rain can be frustrating. We provide a service to secure high demand entry slots, and we regret that the nature of an unguided ticket did not meet your expectations. We hope the art within was still worth the visit. Best regards, Team tourrr.com

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear that your visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel went smoothly and that the instructions provided were helpful. Skipping the long on-site queue and entering quickly is exactly the advantage of booking in advance, especially during busy periods. Thank you for your strong recommendation—your feedback will certainly help future visitors plan a more enjoyable and stress-free visit. We hope you had a memorable time exploring the Vatican and look forward to welcoming you again.
