- Please Note: We are not responsible for partial closures within the Vatican Museums or the Sistine Chapel. No refunds will be provided if specific areas are closed due to special events. Refunds will only be issued if the entire site is closed and the visit cannot take place.
- Please note that after 15:00, we cannot guarantee fast-track entry, as the tour will need to go through the general queue due to security purposes.

Zero stars guide did not show. There was 7 of us waiting with no cancellation or nothing. Save yourself frustration and book with someone else.
The Vatican Museum was beautiful! I loved all the history, but felt very rushed. I felt like we missed a lot of the little side rooms. It was the last tour time of the evening, so I understand the rush, but our tour was stalled causing a waste of time due to mic issues for our tour guide.

Tour guide never showed! Our group of 5 never got our tour. And we only had a couple of days in Rome so we could not reschedule. Texted the tour operator and never received a response. Still have not received a refund from the platform. Do not advise taking this tour.!!!

It was a good tour overall. Our tour guide had a degree in archeology and was really acknowledgeable. We had the opportunity to see the highlights of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and skip the line for the Saint Peters Chapel.

Purchased this tour as a way to explore the Vatican, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel. The tour guide was incredibly friendly and cared about the information he provided to the participants. Unfortunately, this tour greatly exceeded the 2-hour length as advertised. Therefore, me and my husband had to leave the tour group at one point in order to ensure we were able to rapidly see the rest of the important sites. I think too much time was spent preparing us for the three major sites. It was way too comprehensive of explanations for a 2 hour tour, which negatively impacted our ability to actually enjoy the Vatican City itself, sistine chapel, and basilica. We were running through each site after we left the tour group in order to make it in time for another plan we had that day. Overall, this tour could be organized much differently in order to abide by the 2 hour mark and ensure guests had time to actually enjoy why they came. We were really disappointed that so much time was spent on things other than the Sistine Chapel itself and the Basilica. If you have 3+ hours, then this tour is fine. If you want a 2 hour tour, I don't recommend this tour.
Hi! I am sorry to hear that the tour took more than 2 hours. Actually, the guided tours take 2 hours 2 hours and a half maximum. The guides give all the information about the Sistine Chapel beforehand as it's not allowed to speak inside of the Chapel. For the Vatican City, we cannot go inside the actual city as it's just for the citizens of the Vatican. If you leave the group earlier you could not go inside of the basilica by skipping the line I guess. Cause only the guides are allowed to take people inside of the basilica by skipping the line. I am sorry to hear that you were out of time for the next. We will take care of the duration of the tours. Kindest Regards
Very good guide and we skipped most of the queues, my only complaint is that 3 hours is not long enough. Its a huge site with so much to see it cam feel rushed
Guide was good And the tour itself was good as well. We had a 1 year old with us so wish we would have moved a little faster and not sat in the sun so much. Thanks
Our guide Fred was excellent and the tour was exactly what we wanted. We learnt about all the important facts and saw all the key sights.
