Vancouver All Day Luggage Storage

This was an ideal solution that saved us from carrying our luggage after checking out of the hotel. Since our flight wasn’t until the early hours of the next morning, we checked out the day before but weren’t sure where to store our bags during our last day exploring the city. Luckily, we found this service, which allowed us to leave our belongings securely, enjoy our final hours in the city, and then pick them up when we were ready to head to the airport. It was incredibly convenient and made our day much easier.

Really convenient, especially on the last day of a trip when you have a late flight after checking out of your hotel. I didn’t have to carry my bags around, which made it much easier to visit a few more places and do some sightseeing before heading to the airport. The price was very reasonable too. A really useful service and I’d definitely use it again when I am around.

If you are looking for a place to keep your luggage on your last day after you’ve checked out at the hotel, then this is just the right service. I could leave my luggage behind, pay a really decent small fee and then I can go anywhere I want till I need to get my luggage again. Super convenient so that you don’t have to lug around your luggage while touring the city on the last day. Highly recommended!

Operator couldnt provide luggage storage past 3:00. Paid for all day. Had to find alternate and have not heard from iperator nor have been refunded.

We actually booked this through the hop on hop off bus tour company, so it was a little more expensive than doing it through Tripadvisor, but I was more interested indoing both hop on hop off bus ticket and baggage storage all in one shot. So we got the ticket for this at the same timewe got the ticket for the hop on hop off bus in Canada place after getting off our cruise ship. Our flight was 7 PM and we got off the cruise ship at 7 AM so wanted to kick around Vancouver for the day and not have to drag our luggage. This was the perfect option because it was right there inside Canada place. The location was right inside on the lower level near where you have to gothrough customs to get on the boats the attendant took our bags and did not charge me for my CPAP, which was awesome. He said they don’t charge for CPAP which was great because I didn’t wanna have to lug it around, but I use it every single day soit makes me anxious to part with it on vacation. The attendant told us to be back before 4 PM, which was perfect because that’s when were headed back to the airport. He gave us tags for our bags and we were off for the day getting back and picking up our bags was as easy as dropping them off. highly recommend. Would absolutely tell anyone looking for baggage storage for the day at the cruise terminal to use this. Super convenient and very friendly attendant.

We needed a place to store our luggage after our cruise and before our flight 15 hours later. This was the only option I found online pre-cruise. The ability to leave our luggage later than 4 pm would have been preferred. We found it difficult to locate the drop off location. There was no signage in cruise terminal and personnel there were not familiar with luggage storage by Gray Line. After calling provider we thought we had to go to “Flyover Canada” located within Canada Place but it was actually outside by the street which took us an extra 30 minutes to locate. The process was fairly easy after that and we retrieved our luggage safe and sound at 3:39, their recommended final pick up time. Be sure to get clear directions before arriving at cruise port if that’s your starting point.

Great service. Look for the luggage storage right after customs. No one seemed to know exactly where it was located in the terminal.

had to ask where the baggage drop was a couple of times although we were provided with a map. It was busy but we didn't have to wait too long. Collection was easy

A bit hard to find, there were 2 other storage companies in the Cruise Terminal. No one in the cruise terminal knew where to find the reps for this company. They were out on the street, not in the terminal.
