For up to 8 hours, safely store up to 2 bags per person at the Canada Place Cruise Terminal. For any additional bags, there will be an onsite charge. This service is tailored for: • Cruise ship visitors disembarking in Vancouver, not staying in the city, with later afternoon/evening flights, and a desire to explore downtown Vancouver. • Cruise ship passengers unable to check into their accommodations until later in the day, yet eager to discover downtown Vancouver. Enjoy the freedom to roam without the burden of your luggage, thanks to our reliable All-Day Luggage Storage Service.

Guest Baggage Drop-off Procedures: • Guests depart Cruise Ship and make their way to the Day Baggage Storage Location right at the Port • Guests will remit their voucher to the guest service agent • Guests will receive a Baggage Claim Ticket and claim instructions • Guests can leave make their way up to street level and enjoy their day Guest Baggage Pick-up Procedures: • When it is time to pick up the bag, guests follow the map on the pamphlet (they will be provided this when they drop their bag). • Guests show their Claim Ticket and ID at the Day Storage location • Bags must be collected by 4:30pm and cannot be stored overnight at the Cruise Terminal. Bags not claimed by 5:00pm will be stored off-site. Extra fees will be incurred for transportation and additional storage time ($75 per bag). • Guests can also Visit the Welcome Centre Kiosk at 9 99 Canada Place Way or call if they need help with directions, or have questions related to the day storage service.

Location was convenient...
Location was convenient and protected. Just wish it was available after 4:30pm for those leaving later in the evening.

A great place to store...
A great place to store your luggage for the day if you have a late flight post cruise. The Hop on Hop off bus was also great. Clearer signage for stops with numbers would be helpful though,

Worldly Traveler
Very convenient to the cruise port and within walking distance to the train station. If you have time to kill before checking into your hotel or to the airport, I recommend storing your luggage in this secured location and take advantage of the Hop On/Hop Off trolly and see the town.

The luggage storage went...
The luggage storage went seamless, however the big bus tour that we purchased at the desk was overpriced and horrible. The buses were packed and not running as frequently as they should.

Vancouver Sights
Used luggage storage for a one day stop in Vancouver Bought a combo ticket for storage and a Hop On and Off tour. Luggage storage after our cruise ended allowed us to see the Vancouver highlights not weighed down by luggage. Storage check in and out was quick. Great service for short term travelers!

Day Luggage at Vancouver Cruse Terminal
This service was so easy to use. Booked before we cruised and when we came out of Customs, they were waiting with a clearly identifiable sign where we had to go. The whole process was extremely simple
