Long but good day to see unique sites
This tour covers a lot of territory and you need to realize it's a long drive to Waterton and back. I give you a lot of good information and the scenery there is beautiful. A lot of people don't know about this park but it is well worth going to and particularly seeing the Prince of Wales hotel. Habib was our driver and guide as well as the owner of the company. He was professional and pleasant. The most important thing you need to know about this tour is that it leaves at 9 AM but you'll not get back to 830 p.m. It's a long but good day. We will eat in Waterton town in the national Park.

Wonder Waterton!
Fantastic tour very enjoyable.We booked everything included package. Left Calgary at 9am and returning around 10pm. Waleed is very knowledgable and friendly tour guide. The scenery was fantastic. Stopped at a great restaurant for lunch at Waterton with deer roaming the waterfront. Lots of tourist but easy to move around.

Wonderful Waterton
We had a wonderful tour to Waterton! Habib was a great tour guide—very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative throughout the trip.
Lundbreck Falls and Cameron Falls were absolutely beautiful, but Waterton and Cameron Lake were by far the highlights of the trip. The scenery was breathtaking, and the entire experience was memorable.
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the beautiful Waterton area!

Wonderful family experience!
We had a fantastic time on this tour as a family, everything was very well planned and organized, and the itinerary covered all the important highlights of the area.
Our tour guide, Aziz, was very informative, friendly, and helpful throughout the experience. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the tour.

Worst Tour and Tour guide ever!
Do Not Book This Trip!!! Had been in Canada for 2weeks before doing this trip and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had! Our guide was Aziz, English is not his first language and he was incredibly difficult to listen to. He repeated the same 6 or 7 facts/stories over and over again and half of the time the facts he was giving weren’t actually accurate. Within the first 20mins of the trip he was stopped by police for speeding, it was disorganised, he could not find the registration for the vehicle and ended up having a small argument with the cop! So unprofessional! The trip was downhill from there, disorganised, running late, and by the time we actually got to Waterton it was 3:30pm and we still had not stopped for lunch! It was then a rush 15mins at the hotel, 1hr in town to get food and explore! Not enough time at all, and then 20mins at red rock canyon. If you’re wanting to visit Waterton do not choose this tour! You will be disappointed! Oh and not to mention we did not get back until 9:30pm!

I am the guide who operated this tour, and I feel it is important to respond directly because this review contains several significant inaccuracies and exaggerations.
First, I arrived approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. I have lived in Canada for more than 20 years and am fluent in English. I find the comments about my English and my ability to communicate extremely unfair and unnecessary. The reviewer also claims that I repeatedly provided inaccurate information, yet she provides no specific example of what information was supposedly incorrect.
Regarding the police stop, there was absolutely no argument with the police officer. The vehicle was stopped for approximately 10 minutes, the situation was handled appropriately, and we continued our tour. The claim that I had a “small argument with the cop” is simply false. A routine traffic stop should not be portrayed as an altercation when there was none.
The reviewer also describes the itinerary as disorganized and suggests that our arrival time and allocated stops were unexpected. This is not accurate. Our Waterton tour is approximately 12 hours, and the itinerary clearly outlines the schedule and allocated time at each location. Arriving in Waterton at approximately 3:30 p.m. is consistent with our planned schedule. The lunch/meal break in Waterton is approximately one hour, exactly as stated in our itinerary, and the planned time at Red Rock Canyon is 40 minutes with large groups.
During the tour, I was also available to assist and communicate with all guests. However, this particular guest was largely isolated from the group and did not communicate her concerns to me during the tour. If she had raised these concerns at the time, I would have been happy to discuss them and clarify the itinerary.
I strongly disagree with the overall characterization of this tour. There is a major difference between leaving a genuine critical review and presenting exaggerated or factually incorrect statements as facts. We have a strong record of positive guest experiences and consistently receive excellent reviews, which is a much more representative reflection of the service we provide.
I respect that every guest is entitled to their opinion, but I cannot accept false claims about my conduct, the police stop, the itinerary, or the way the tour was operated. Future guests should look at our overall review history and the published itinerary rather than relying on a review that contains multiple statements that simply do not reflect what actually happened.
