The cars were clean and comfortable, all our drivers were punctual, and most importantly, we always felt safe with their driving. Our first driver waited for us at the airport for over two hours because immigration clearance took much longer than expected. We really appreciated his patience and professionalism. A special thank you to Ketut, who was our driver and guide for a full-day tour. He was extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Ketut is a very reliable driver. We booked him for several trips and excursions during our two-week Bali trip and would do so again on our next trip. He was always extremely punctual, very friendly, communication via WhatsApp worked without any problems, he speaks good English, drives safely, and the car is clean and well-maintained. An absolute recommendation if someone wants to book day tours, especially in and around Ubud. He explained a lot to us during the excursions, brought us closer to the customs and culture of Bali, and accommodated every extra request (especially from the children): he took detours so that our daughter could see monkeys in the wild or accepted an extra stop several times because our son really wanted to drink fresh coconut. We had a fantastic day exploring Bali with our private driver. We visited the rice terraces, two temples, a coffee plantation and a waterfall, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and his local knowledge really added to the experience. He was happy to answer questions, share insights about Balinese culture, and adjust the day to suit what we wanted to do. Nothing was too much trouble, and we never felt rushed at any of the stops. It was one of the highlights of our trip and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend him to others visiting Bali.
