I made a mistake of selecting my pickup point during my booking - instead from The Westin Resort Nusa Dua I mistakenly selected The Westin Resort & Spa Ubod, Bali. Yet RUKMANA BALI TOUR did not charge any additional payment in spite of the 1-1/2 hour distance difference, to think that it’s a back & forth drive. Rukmana Bali Tour’s kindness and generosity is very commendable and highly appreciated. And their driver KADEK NOVA is equally commendable of his performance. I highly recommend RUKMANA BALI TOUR!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Day with Nova! We had a wonderful experience with Nova today! We booked him through TripAdvisor for a standard MPV for 8 hours, and it was absolutely worth it. Nova took us everywhere we wanted to go based on our own itinerary and patiently waited at every stop—breakfast, lunch, temples, excursions, and sightseeing. We never felt rushed. He was a great driver, very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He even walked around with us at some of the stops and helped take photos, which was such a nice touch. Really great service from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a reliable private driver in Ubud area who allows you to explore at your own pace, I highly recommend Nova. 5 stars!

He was pleasant, polite, and cheap. His english was ok. We struggled a bit but that is to be expected as a norm. I would have liked a bit more help planning my itinerary route. Since I didn't know the traffic situation during the different times of the day. I had planned a list of things I wanted to see but the traffic was horrible. This was not his fault, naturally, but I would have appreciated some guidance (or a "ma'am that crazy at this time of day" 🤷🏾♀️).
