The tour guide explained the history of the LGBTQIA+ history in the village in a very engaging way. Covers much more than just stonewall, definitely learned many new things!
Thank you for this positive review! We're so glad you enjoyed it! 😍
We had a wonderful time on our walking tour of the West Village and learning about the LGBTQ history that is everywhere in the neighborhood. Though it was raining, our guide, Jenna, was very engaging and provided warmth in her knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject matter! Highly recommend this tour for New Yorkers and visitors alike.
Thank you so much for this review! We're so glad you enjoyed it, even in the rain. Thanks again for joining us! 🤗🌈
Rachael was so knowledgeable and kept my and my teen’s interest for the whole tour. It was just the two of us so we got the opportunity to ask a lot of questions. There was great information about the history of the LGBTQIA community in New York and the involvement of many vulnerable groups.
Thank you so much for this great review! We're so glad you were able to join us on tour! :)
A well-paced tour through a beautiful neighborhood of significant spots in the queer history of New York City.
Thank you so much for the kind review, Leah! It was great to welcome you on tour!
I brought my teen for his birthday. We were able to experience the actual historic locations and the wealth of knowledge that Michael has. He has a binder of historical information and pictures to enhance the tour. He also gave a lot of general New York history which was good for my teen to know in context. Thank you, Michael!
Thank you so much!! It was so great to welcome you both on tour and I'm so glad you both enjoyed your experience!
A wonderfully enlightening and educational tour with Michael... thoroughly enjoyed it! Working with "troubled teens", this helped me get to grips with some of the struggles my LGBTQ+ teens may face. Brilliant tour - just do it! 🌈
Thank you, Michelle, for this glowing review! I'll be sure to keep in touch! :)
Educational and engaging tour with Michael. He took us around the village and shared both emotional, cultural, and empowering stories about queer history. He answered our questions with insight and personal history. A wonderful two hours
Michael, our tour guide, was sooo nice, super knowledgeable, and extremely articulate. So much interesting information and it was cool to see such legendary landmarks! Michael expertly answered all questions in a respectful way and really was just a great host. The amount of walking wasn't bad at all, even in the heat, and the time flew by. It did not feel like 2 hours, and I wished there was time for more! Also LOVED seeing the LGBT Center!
Swift tour via pride tours New York using my go pass Gives a good history to the area of the stonewall inn in a small group Excellent guide but as per forgot their name
Michael is an outstanding tour guide, he goes above and beyond. You will learn a lot about Greenwich Village and the origins of Pride. I recommend this tour to anyone who would like to learn more about the people who revolutionized and make an impact in our society in the battle for equality.
