• When booking the shared ATV option, travelers are assigned in pairs. If the total number of guests in the reservation leaves one traveler without a partner, that guest will need to use an individual ATV, and the corresponding upgrade fee will be paid during check in.
• The lunch included with this tour is a single Mexican dish selected from the à la carte options available that day. It is provided as part of the standard service and cannot be adjusted for special diets, allergies, restrictions, or individual food preferences.
• Animals are not permitted on this experience. For safety and operational reasons, guests may not board the transportation or participate in the tour with pets or companion animals.
• To help protect the cenote, travelers planning to swim must enter the water without body products such as creams, lotions, sunscreen, insect repellent, or similar substances.
• Guests should avoid bringing luggage on this excursion. Only small personal belongings, compact bags, or small backpacks are allowed. The transportation vehicles are assigned for passenger movement along the route and continue serving the operation during the day, so they cannot be used to store, protect, or supervise suitcases, large bags, or additional belongings.
