Disappointed adventurer
The driver did not give details of the area, they did not follow the itinerary by skipping locations and changing times, it was not engaging for the guest, making for a boring drive. The Tulips at Roozengaarde were beautiful but money would have been better spent on another adventure.
Operator response
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback, Amy. I’m truly sorry to hear that the experience didn’t meet your expectations. This tour is actually one of our most loved experiences and is currently our number‑one spring tour, and we always do our very best to show our guests as much of the Northwest’s beauty as possible.
To make sure everyone has the best experience, we carefully consider weather, traffic, and road conditions each day, and sometimes we adjust timing or routes to avoid delays and give guests more time in the most beautiful spots. I understand that these changes may have felt unexpected, and I appreciate you letting us know.
I’m glad you enjoyed the tulips at Roozengaarde, and I truly appreciate your honesty. Your feedback helps us continue improving so every guest leaves with a wonderful memory. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again for a smoother and more enjoyable adventure.
Best regards

Awesome tour! Beautiful!
We loved the convenient pickup and drop off at our hotel! Our driver Vlamidir was awesome- he was patient and took great care of us. We didn’t really enjoy how crowded the van was with 14 people in it, as we were crammed in the back row with 4 across. But overall it was amazing to see the scenery and the tulips!

It was much more than OK with OKAY Tours !!
We’re comfortable Shoes, have a bag even a small backpack that has Kleenex and plastic bags for snacks. Rosen Garden has a lovely snack bar with great hamburgers and hotdog and other goodies.
Be sure to check out the original garden right in front of the big windmill. Check the weather for sunny day if possible we went Friday, April 17 and it was a perfect day but a jacket felt good at times Kappa hat was nice. Perhaps when you go to the Conner go to lunch after 130 and it’s not crowded wasn’t for us and the two moons gift shop is special on the seafood and prime rib steakhouse with the WATER view deck is special

Highly Recommended Trip to Roozengaard
This has been a most enjoyable tour of the RoozenGaarde Tulip Festival. Our driver, Slav, was very punctual, picking us up precisely on time at my apartment building. He was incredibly patient with all the guests, even those who arrived late. He also kindly provided an extra trip to Kerry Park, which was a delightful addition to our itinerary.
Suggestion for improvement: Providing a QR code for tipping the driver would be helpful, as we may not always have cash on hand. However, the overall experience was excellent.
Operator response
