Trevi Fountain
The Trevi Fountain is Rome’s largest and most famous Baroque fountain, celebrated for its stunning architecture, rich symbolism, and timeless beauty. Completed in 1762 and designed by Nicola Salvi, the fountain is built against the backdrop of Palazzo Poli and marks the endpoint of the ancient Aqua Virgo aqueduct, which has supplied fresh water to Rome since 19 BC.
