With this official access, you can enter the regulated viewing area and admire one of Rome’s most iconic landmarks up close, away from the usual crowds. You can also join our English Walking Tour every day at 11:30 AM, exploring some of Rome’s most iconic landmarks: Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and Piazza di Spagna. In addition, our 30-minute Multimedia Video about Ancient Rome is available daily at Touristation Aracoeli and can be enjoyed at any time during opening hours. The official admission ticket to access the inner perimeter of the Trevi Fountain costs €2 per person, applicable every day, including the first Sunday of the month. Our guide was awesome. She gave us the history of the fountain when we were underneath it including the politics of the time. Very informative and inciteful to see it below ground level. Tour ran over in time so we never got our gelato which was included in the tour.
Not a good experience 😕 initially - however they emailed the tickets the night before we needed them. No audio as no one to help set up. The Trevi fountain itself was spectacular but we could have paid 2 euro on the day & still seen the same!

Not worth the money, you can walk up to the fountain and pay $2.00 Euros. This tour gave us a separate walking tour receipt for 11:30 am when our visit to Trevi Fountain was in the afternoon. We could not use the tour as we were leaving the next day. Overall, very disappointed with Viator. They also cancelled our tour at the Pantheon the day before we were supposed to visit, they mistakenly scheduled us on a day when all museums are free to the public to visit. I sent a email asking Viator to reschedule us for the Pantheon with no response. Would not recommend Viator to any traveler.

We would also like to point out that the package includes the Ancient Rome Multimedia Video at our office in Piazza Ara Coeli, which can be viewed on any day and at any time during opening hours. Second, regarding the complaint about the Pantheon tour, we would like to clarify that this service was not booked through Touristation and therefore was not operated by our company. We found this really helpful! It does cost more than standard admission but you do receive a guided tour and video as well. Make sure to take note of the starting point! You have to pick up your ticket from a guide (ours spoke at least 3 languages) about a block away. Our guide walked us to the entry point and we were able to get right to the bottom level quickly and without any issues.
I bought these tickets as I saw the new online charging system and having not been to Rome before slightly panicked when I saw the Italian site and was unclear what access we would have. This was the best idea as we got access to a roped area down to the front of the fountain for a 30 min window. It was still very crowded but I guess that's the Trevi fountain - its quieter earlier and later - middle of the day is rammed. The bonus was we got a walking tour included - no ice cream as advertised - but starting from the Piazza Navona through the Panthenon. It was informative and good value and our guide was very nice.
