Not good
My pick up was at 9:00pm. I was outside waiting till 9:30pm .Didn't see my driver holding a sign with my name. I asked for a refund, there was no reply to that question

Our flight had a total...
Our flight had a total delay of over 2 hours and the transfer awaited us without any problems. Traffic in Lima is very busy and the driver took us safely to our hotel.

The worst
This is - star since I lost money on this. The driver was not waiting for us as promised. I had two tired kids with me and after waiting for 10 minutes we ended up taking a taxi. When asking for a refund they have the audacity to say driver was there. May be her was there but not when we looked for him. Viator if you side with this operator you are just as much to blame.

It is very easy to denigrate our work, we are a company with many years working in tourism with a very good reputation. Your flight was delayed for forty minutes and even so the flight would have been delayed for more hours, we would have waited, but you hurried and decided to leave. Finally he must have contacted Viator.

Pick up at 5am
Our flight was delayed by several hours. I reached out to Viator to inform them we would be arriving in Lima around 5am. I requested they forward the information to the driver. When we arrived in Lima, the driver was waiting on us. Outstanding service!
