It was fast and easy to purchase. The driver was limited, speaking English, but offered their WiFi so using a translate app made it very easy to communicate. My driver was very nice and offered support about the Lima city sights. ¡¡Gracias, AMADOR!!

We were picked up in a clean SUV with ample space for luggage. Our driver messaged us throughout to keep us informed of pickup area, sending pictures of what he looked like in case we missed him holding the sign with our name. Drove us safely and smoothly to our hotel in Miraflores.

We booked our airport transfer with Viator as we’d had good experience with their day and half- day tours in various countries. They cost more than other transfer services, but we wanted reliable service for 7 people. After we got through immigration and baggage claim to the designated pickup area, the driver was nowhere to be found. I called the driver’s phone number given and got a recording in Spanish. He finally showed up 25 minutes later. He didn’t speak much English which was fine, but he knew one word very well, which he repeated over and over as he was unloading our baggage;“Tip tip tip tip tip……”. The van was fine and his driving was fine, but we won’t use Viator for an airport transfer again in Lima

As is standard with any international flight, there was a reasonable amount of time required for the plane to park, the gangway to be positioned for disembarkation, immigration processing, and finally, baggage collection. Throughout this mandatory process, our team messaged you via WhatsApp, providing your driver's details and a photo of the exact meeting point. We were able to confirm that the messages were reaching you successfully; however, we received no response from you to coordinate the pickup. Furthermore, our support line was active 24/7 to ensure real-time communication. By 10:45 PM, our driver was already waiting at the international arrivals exit with a sign bearing your name. The transfer formally began at 11:21 PM, once you emerged and met our driver, and concluded at your hotel at 12:06 AM. We have full documentation—including message logs (with delivery confirmation) and photographic evidence—confirming our punctual presence starting at 10:45 PM. While we regret the delays inherent to the airport process and the lack of clear communication on your part, our service was carried out to the highest professional standards.
The entire process was very efficient. From communicating with us the day prior, making sure they that we knew where to find us and also have our name on a signage by the pick up area to in ensure that we could identify them. The drive was smooth and overall would recommend for anyone who needs transfer transportation.

Our flight was delayed 5 hours. It was such a relief to see our driver holding a card with my name at 3 in the morning. He was cordial and professional and provided some information about areas we drive through. Car was clean and comfortable. Would definitely use again.
