It’s a great service, with good value for money. The staff are helpful too. It’s even cheaper than taking the local train which is a great plus. I’d highly recommend
Booked the wrong stop and couldn’t get support to change this before the bus departed. No credit offered
Departure: Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 11:30 PM I had purchased the ticket from Germany to return home after midnight and I was not sure that I would find the subway. I booked and purchased the Terravision ticket for the Via Crescenzio stop (Vatican area). Having landed at Fiumicino and after a half-journey to stall 18 where the buses depart, I was told that at that hour there was no Via Crescenzio stop. I tried to argue that on the site where I purchased the ticket it was written that it would make the stop, but it was useless; in the face of arrogance, there is nothing to be done. Luckily, at the next platform there was another bus, from another company, that stopped at the Vatican. Damn Terravision
I found the airport transfer to the Vatican City fantastic. We had repurchased our tickets (you can also purchase them at the airport). We followed the bus signs and located Terravision Bus waiting in bus bay 18. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who scanned our tickets and the bus driver helped to load our bags into the under his storage. The buses were clean, comfortable and air conditioned.
The bus stop was easy to find. we reached the airport on time. a bit of delay due traffic.
though I had a ticket on my phone, and one of the attendants saw it, as I moved to the bus I lost the internet and the woman scanning the tickets made me stand and wait in 100 degree weather and would not let me on the bus until she finally figured I could use wifi from the bus. She was mean and fully intended to not let me on the bus if I couldn't show the code for her to scan.
TERRIBLE, the driver is rude, insulting people without any patience, he doesn't speak a word that isn't in Italian and he doesn't give a damn about anything. Terrible, better to take a taxi, plus he drops you off wherever he feels like.
Horrible experience. We left the airport with the intention of getting off in Prati, and when it was time to get off, the driver, extremely unpleasant and rude, didn't let us take out our suitcases because he claimed that the suitcases were in the luggage compartment dedicated to another destination (the terminal's). Anyway, we said it didn't matter, that we wanted to get off there despite the destination being the terminal (since our hotel was right next to it), and I emphasize that the terminal stop came after this one, meaning it's on the way, but he didn't care at all. He got back on the bus, leaving us on the street, leaving us no choice but to get back on the bus because the guy was leaving with our suitcases. Furthermore, upon entering, the guy started insulting into the air in a joking tone (or so I hope, because for a change he didn't speak English or Spanish or anything other than Italian). Exclaiming 'cazzo' as if we didn't understand it. The little joke cost us 35 euros in a taxi from the terminal to the place (I repeat that it was on the way and was an actual stop on the same route) where we had previously expressed that we wanted to get off. I wouldn't recommend it at all, honestly. I'm not giving it 0 stars because I can't.
Great deal for the money! Fairly easy to find in the airport. Money well spent.
There is no proper signage to indicate how to get from Baggage claim in terminal 1 to Terminal 3. You must completely exit the building the walk to your right. There is easy signage after that.
