Pickup Locations & Times
The free waiting time is 60 minutes from the arrival of the flight. After 60 minutes, the driver will have the right to claim for extra waiting time according to the rates established in said city. At the stations it is 15 minutes after the arrival of the train/bus. In homes or hotels, the free waiting time is 10 minutes.

The driver was 1/2 hour late and we were going to the airport for an international flight. This caused us much angst. We were concerned that we would miss our flight. And the driver’s side window was broken
I want to offer some constructive feedback for future travelers. If your company regularly provides airport pickups from Barcelona Airport, you should let customers know that clearing passport control and customs can easily take two hours or more. As someone visiting Barcelona for the first time, I had no way of knowing this, but your company certainly does. Because I wasn’t made aware of the potential delay, I arrived to find that my driver had already left. I was then informed that drivers do not wait for passengers delayed by customs, regardless of the reason. That left me scrambling to find a yellow taxi just to get to my hotel after a long international flight. What was most disappointing was that the only solution offered was to pay additional fees instead of acknowledging that this is a common situation for international arrivals. A simple disclaimer in your booking confirmation explaining that customs can take over two hours and that drivers cannot wait would have prevented this entire experience. It would set realistic expectations and save future customers unnecessary stress and unexpected transportation costs. I hope you take this feedback seriously because it’s an easy change that would significantly improve the customer experience.

Lamentamos lo ocurrido durante su llegada. No obstante, queremos aclarar que el tiempo habitual para salir del aeropuerto de Barcelona, incluyendo el control de pasaportes y la recogida de equipaje, suele ser de entre 30 y 40 minutos. En algunos casos puede prolongarse hasta 1 hora o incluso 1 hora y 30 minutos. Retrasos superiores a 2 horas pueden ocurrir, pero son poco frecuentes y dependen de factores ajenos a nuestra empresa, como los controles fronterizos o incidencias con el equipaje. Nuestros traslados incluyen 1 hora de espera gratuita desde la hora de aterrizaje del vuelo. A partir de ese momento, el conductor no siempre puede seguir esperando, ya que el aparcamiento del aeropuerto tiene un coste, el conductor permanece bloqueado sin poder atender otros servicios y esto afecta a las siguientes reservas programadas. Para los pasajeros que prevén un proceso de entrada más largo, siempre existe la posibilidad de reservar la recogida con una hora adicional de margen. Por ejemplo, si el vuelo aterriza a las 09:00, pueden solicitar la recogida a las 10:00, y desde esa hora comenzaría además la hora de espera gratuita incluida. Esta opción ofrece un margen mucho mayor para evitar este tipo de situaciones. Agradecemos nuevamente su comentario y estudiaremos cómo mejorar la información que facilitamos durante el proceso de reserva para que las expectativas sean lo más claras posible para todos nuestros clientes.

When I booked the service, I was able to put the address of the hotel I was staying at which was an hour away from airport. The reservation was accepted, and I even messaged them to coordinate time for flight arrival. However, when I arrived they told me that it was out of their drop off zone and had to pay the difference which was double the original price.

Queremos aclarar que nuestras condiciones de servicio indican claramente que la reserva debe estar dentro de un radio máximo de 20 kilómetros. Al llegar, confirmamos siempre la dirección con el cliente para evitar errores y aplicar el precio correcto según la ubicación real. En este caso, fue al verificar la dirección cuando se detectó la diferencia. Además, es importante tener en cuenta que existen hoteles con el mismo nombre en diferentes localidades, por lo que siempre recomendamos indicar la dirección completa al realizar la reserva para evitar confusiones de este tipo. Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas y agradecemos su comprensión. Esperamos poder atenderle nuevamente en el futuro con una experiencia plenamente satisfactoria.
Don’t hire this company. The drivers are crooks. Save yourself from stress. It was already paid but we were charged again for additional damages for flight being delayed for only 30 minutes.

Queremos aclarar que siempre respetamos nuestras condiciones de servicio, las cuales incluyen una hora de espera gratuita en el aeropuerto a partir de la hora real de aterrizaje del vuelo. En este caso, el conductor esperó el tiempo reglamentario y se puso en contacto con el pasajero para confirmar si debía seguir esperando. Al no recibir respuesta y habiendo superado el tiempo de cortesía, el servicio se declaró como no-show, tal como establecen nuestras políticas. Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas y esperamos poder atenderle en otra ocasión con una mejor experiencia.
The views were amazing, the driver took us to see the beauty of Barcelona in a very pleasant environment and in a very comfortable and clean vehicle.

The service was great and our driver was waiting for us at the airport. He did not speak English, but we used a translation app. He was very patient while we waited for all of our parties to get through customs and get their luggage. Would definitely recommend them. The vehicles are very nice as well.

Driver was there waiting for us after baggage claim just as described. Loaded bags for us, got us to the hotel in a timely fashion. Very nice and polite. Great experience!
