Minimal communication. I attempted to make it clear what ship we were on but the Driver didn't seem to be familiar with Barcelona port. He called after pick up time not knowing where to pick us up. Fortunately I was able to give my phone to a wonderful driver who was waiting for a different passenger and he was able to tell my driver how to get to the pick up point. But my driver still couldn't find it and we had to load our bags into the car in the middle of a very busy access road. But he got us to the airport and was very pleasant. We had extra time so the delay was not a problem for us.
Our drivers were at the port early to take our party of 10 to the airport from the cruise ship. They were very friendly and efficient and got us to the airport right on time.

At 111 euros for four people, this was significantly more expensive than taking a taxi from the cruise port to the airport (which were readily available when disembarking early). Our driver was a few minutes late which was fine. When we let him know that our flights were from both terminals 1 and 2, we needed to pay an additional 21 euros or have one couple take the airport shuttle bus to theirs. We paid in order to make sure we arrived with plenty of time, but would not use this service in the future. He was not necessarily rude but was not friendly either. The only time he spoke to us was when asking for the extra money.

On time -great communication Plenty of room for 8 of us with luggage! Very interesting ramp built into the back to make accessing the luggage easy for the driver!

The driver was a half hour late and we were on our way to the airport for an international flight. Needless to say, it caused us a lot of strife. And the car had a broken driver side window.
Great experience, great service and responsive to my questions. I appreciate that our driver was flexible and able to handle all 8 of us and our 9 bags taking us from the port where our cruise ship docked to the airport. He was on time (came a bit earlier when requested) and safe driving to the airport.

Quick service with booking and confirmation. The driver was polite and communicated well thought the experience from letting us know his name and when he would arrive to giving us some history of things we passed.
