Meet up with the Sushi Chef We'll enter the exclusive Toyosu Fish Market where only limited visitors can access. Watch how sushi chefs purchase fish for their restaurants while our master chef explains how to identify high-quality fish. If you're lucky, there may be free samples!
Shop at Fish Snack Yokocho Browse the specialty food vendors on the fourth floor of the market.
Visit Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai Experience the authentic market atmosphere. No food will be provided here as we prepare for your premium course meal. We'll use our private vehicle to travel from Toyosu to Kitano Hotel for dinner.

We had an amazing time on this unique tour. Yui (our guide) and sushi master Senpei brought us on a behind the scenes tour of the Toyosu fish market which is not accessible to the general public. It was fascinating to see the fish being prepared as well as the negotiations taking place. For our exceptional omakase lunch we were served the same fish we saw that morning. The level of care and expertise was beyond measure. I cannot recommend his enough!
