Very interesting visit, not cheap but enjoyable
Buses are perfect way to get around town and see everything There were always seats available, and the tour was excellent
NEVER received tickets…spent 45 minutes in line with staff trying to help, had tickets for a set time, but policy changed to “any time” AND never received tickets! No one to call, no help!!!
Save your money and just buy tickets at the venue
Very interesting. Flow was great to see everything.
Unable to use the prepaid reservation for 2 adult tickets. Refusal at the ticket counter of the London Tower. I had to purchase 2 additional tickets. How can I get a refund?
Lots to do and see. Bring your own food if you can though.
After several trips to London it was finally time for this attraction. We were there at 10 a Wednesday morning, very much school classes but everything worked very well. Clearly an experience I appreciated! Not so adapted if someone in the company has difficulty with stairs.
I would have rated this a 5 but the beefeater tour was cancelled due to the heatwave. We explored on our own and were able to find everything.
Great tour with the crown jewels through medieval walls. Great audio guide for the mobile phone.
