Tour to Pyramids & The Grand Egyptian Museum

I had such a amazing experience in Egypt booking with Memphis tours I stayed in Downtown Cairo for 2nights which was amazing getting to see such a wonderful place visiting the pyramids the sphinx and the Grand Egyptian Museum then I went on a Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan which was absolutely beautiful with all the views and the sites we visited along the way then I stayed in a place le riad hotel de charme for my final night in the historic Islamic Cairo which was such a experience I wish I stayed there longer everything about my trip to Egypt was so well organised from the very start at the airport pickup and all the private vehicles to take me around the cities to the the very end til the airport drop off everyone I met made me feel so welcome all the staff driver and guides was amazing I spent the most time with Mansour and wow what a amazing guide he is, he is so polite and makes sure your always having a good time everywhere we went he explained everything so well and in so much detail we also visited the Nubian village which I would definitely recommend you will have such a amazing time there I will never forget my time I had with Mansour and Memphis tours and I will definitely be coming back again thank you again

I went to Aswan, Luxor, and Nile Cruise and my tour guide was Mansour. Mansour was AMAZING! He was very kind, attentive, knowledgable, and passionate about Egypt and sharing its history. I learned so much from Mansour. I highly recommend him as a tour guide. I also went to the Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum and my tour manager in Cairo was Amgad, my driver was Eslam, and my guide was Kaderia. The driver was always on time and I always felt safe during the drives. Amgad was very responsive, organized, and coordinated everything very well. Also, my tour guide Kaderia was EXCELLENT! She is a very knowledgeable tour guide and very kind. As a solo traveler, the team in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Nile cruise made me feel very safe and made my trip enjoyable. We took the tour with Osama and it was excellent. He speaks excellent Italian and was very engaging even for my 11 and 8-year-old daughters. He is available for photos and also gives time to visit with tranquility and autonomy for small souvenir stops. It was a pleasure chatting with him at lunch about customs and current events as well. I recommend this experience to everyone to understand Giza and the Egyptian Museum, and I recommend doing it with Osama.

Visiting Egypt was our dream, we are 3 friends historians and then we traced our profile highlighting our preferences and requested the quote in some agencies. From the first contact with Abdullah we were already delighted! He helped us plan the trip that met our expectations and fit in our pocket. Already arriving in Cairo we had all the assistance for the visa and we were welcomed by our friend Ayman, who already captivated us with his sympathy and great Portuguese. All our guides were fantastic, it would be more appropriate to call them teachers, as the level of knowledge and willingness to explain every detail was impressive! They all spoke Portuguese fluently. We leave our congratulations to them, especially Mohamed (Cairo) and Lila (Luxor), inspiring people. It was 10 days in this magnificent country that enchanted us in every detail, from monuments to welcoming, strong and intelligent people, we felt that this trip exceeded our expectations. Memphis gave us all the support for that incredible experience and once again here I will highlight the work of dear Ayman, who was who took care of us all these days. We call Ayman the ambassador of Egypt in Brazil because his Portuguese is impeccable and he represents everything that is most beautiful in the Egyptian people: joy, good communication, good humor, intelligence and honesty! Ayman made us feel at home and so he won our heart and our friendship. A big hug also for the driver Hassan who was a dear. Thank you all for helping us realize our dreams. 🙏❤️

We took this experience as part of our Egypt package with Memphis Tour. From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything was very personalized; they helped us process the visa and took us to the hotel to rest. The next day we had the tour of the pyramids and the Egyptian museum with Ramy, who was a wonderful guide and photographer; he kept asking us at every moment if the pace of the explanations was okay, if we wanted to spend more time in a certain area, etc. He also constantly offered to take photos of us, and TREMENDOUS PHOTOS! Thank you very much Ramy, we had a great time despite the extreme heat. Also a special mention to Amaal, who was the one who helped us coordinate and put together the entire trip itinerary, with a lot of patience, dedication, and proactivity. The truth is that the experience with the agency was very good. Our only "con" of the trip was the issue of tips; having to leave them and having them expected all the time and for every little thing becomes annoying when one has already paid a large amount for the package. In the end, the doubt remains as to whether the agency pays fair wages to its workers or if it is rather paid with tips, which should not be the case.

Excellent service throughout our experience. We had a driver and a tour guide, Ahmad, who spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the history and area. Transport was very comfortable and they were flexible to my family needs (stopping for snacks and drinks). Car was clean, very comfortable, and they provided cold water throughout the day. Highly recommend.
