Discover the iconic Giza Pyramids and Great Sphinx on a private half-day tour with a professional licensed Egyptologist guide. Enjoy flexible pickup in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle and explore the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramids of Chephren and Menkaure, and the legendary Sphinx. Enhance your experience with an optional 30-minute camel ride. The tour lasts approximately 4 hours from pickup to drop-off, or around 5 hours for accommodations farther from the main pickup area. Inclusions depend on the option selected at booking. Selected options may include entrance fees, a camel ride, and lunch. All options include private transportation, an Egyptologist guide, and bottled water.

Pick Up from the Requested Location by your tour guide ( If the hotel is out of range driver will make the pick up) to start your Journey across Cairo heading to the Great Pyramids of Giza where you will enjoy The pyramid of King Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Then, the tour will continue by vising the Valley Temple of Khafre, where is located the reception of the royal body of Khafre. The Valley Temple was built for the process of mummification of King Khafre. Finally, you will have a close-up look of the Great Sphinx, the guardian of the Pyramids with a body of a lion and the head of King Khafre. (please note that entering the pyramids from inside requires a special ticket, the guide will be happy to assist).
Khufu's pyramid is the only wonder of the ancient seven wonders still remains and standing today!! the highest building on earth for more than 3800 Years, the complex consists of a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman; diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been found but the site has not been excavated yet, with your advanced Egyptologist you will be able to explore the entire area.(Please note that entering the great pyramid from inside requires special ticket, guide will be happy to assist)
The Second highest pyramid in the complex is dedicated to king Chefren or Khafre, the entire complex is still in good condition so with your Egyptologist you will explore the valley temple and the causeway of king Khafre. ( Please note that entering the pyramids from inside that is requires a special ticket. ( Guide will be happy to assist).
The Smallest pyramid in Giza plateau, now it is about 61m high, Menkaure pyramid is very special because of the granite outer layer still remains on the lower part of the pyramid, the granite was quarried from Aswan over 1000 kilometers away from Giza !!!
Next, a visit to a panoramic view of the 6 pyramids, and the city of Giza, were you will stay there for 30 minutes to take photos and enjoy the view, The panorama is amazing place to enjoy the camel ride !!
With the same Entry Ticket to the pyramids area you will have a close-up look of the Great Sphinx, the guardian of the Pyramids with a body of a lion and a head of King Khafre. You will have all the time to take the pictures you want with an assistance from our guide, They are expert photographers also. then you will start your journey back to your hotel.
After having complete visit to the pyramids we will transfer you back to your accomodation in Giza or Cairo Down town .

The tour to the pyramids was fun. The tour guide was cool and quite knowledgeable about the pyramids and its history. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but the vibes were good. We were there in July, and the foot traffic was not insane. The hot weather was equivalent to Phoenix and Vegas, so I was comfortable with it.

Our visit was great. Our guide, Mona, was always attentive and showed great knowledge about the Giza complex. Additionally, we felt much safer with her around the many vendors offering us products. We would definitely do this tour with her again.

We had a great private tour today with our guide amany. The pick up from the hotel was with ease, she gave us lots of knowledgeable information as we drove to the giza, as well as while when we arrived at the site, explaining all the amazing facts and history of Giza and the pyramids . She also gave us time to explore by ourselves around the sites which was lovely . We had a great time, thanks! :)

The truth is that they are scarier than they actually are; you can do everything individually, without a guide and just upon Arriving at the Airport we bought a SIM card and that is great so you have data the whole trip without drama and you get around with Uber for transfers I stayed at a hotel literally in front of the pyramids excellent option and incredible views day and night after that what to say that everyone has to have their own experience ah Hurghada is nice but the water is cold I thought it was warm haha nothing like it

Our experience in Cairo, Egypt, with Gem Explore Egypt was absolutely amazing, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our tour guide, Aya ! From the moment our tour started, Aya was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about Egypt and its history. She made the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable for us. This was an amazing experience. It was better than we expected. We actually made a mistake with the booking (booked for the wrong day) and they were able to very quickly help us and we had a guide with us within 1h. Ibrahim allam, our guide, was amazing and very knowledgeable (also a great photographer). Our driver Sameh was also great and dropped us at the GEM, where we wanted to go next, even though that was not part of the plan. Highly recommended
