POMPEII AND Ercolano were my main reasons for visiting Napoli. After a rushed guide through Ercolano, I decided to take 4 hours to enjoy Pompeii at my own leisure with this DareApp with tour of Pompeii. After all, this was my second visit, 10 years apart.Iwastedeasily45minutestrying to figure out where I was starting. No map. Fortunately I had gotten one at information, I finally found the “Take Me There “ button. But with roads indicated closed off, it was impossible to navigate with their GPS system (and Maps). “ Go North” it would command. North!?! Or it would indicate a right. I’d turn right and it would indicate suddenly back where I’d come from. After several attempts to get to the stops selected, I gave up and travelled behind tour guides, trying to be inconspicuous. I highly advise Tripadvisor to advise tourists NOYT to waste your money and more importantly TIME. My advice: Hire a tour guide! I WILL NEVER EVER RELY ON AN APP.
