Our half-day guided tour, led by an experienced English-speaking Japanese guide, offers a perfect introduction to both modern and traditional Tokyo. The tour begins at the historic Shogun's castle, now known as the Imperial Palace in Tokyo. You’ll then experience traditional Japanese culture in the old downtown area of Asakusa, where you’ll visit the iconic Sensoji Temple, originally established in 628. Finally, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of Tokyo from the observation decks of Tokyo Skytree, located at 350m and 450m.

This half-day guided tour, led by an experienced English-speaking guide, begins at the former Shogun’s castle, Edo Castle—now the Imperial Palace Tokyo—where the Emperor of Japan resides. The guide will take you through the beautiful landscape of the East Gardens or, on Mondays and Fridays, the Gaien Outer Park.
For a taste of traditional Japan, Asakusa is the ideal destination. This lively and bustling town is brimming with shops that specialize in traditional crafts, souvenirs, street foods, and more. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere as you explore the rich cultural offerings of Asakusa.
Sensoji Temple is one of the oldest and largest Buddhist temples in Tokyo, with a history dating back to its establishment in 628. This iconic temple holds a rich cultural and historical significance, making it a must-visit for those interested in exploring the spiritual and traditional aspects of Tokyo.
The highlight of our half-day private tour is Tokyo Skytree! Standing at an impressive 634 meters, it is the third tallest structure in the world. The Skytree features two observation decks located at 350 meters and 450 meters, both offering spectacular panoramic views of Tokyo. After enjoying the breathtaking scenery, you can explore the shopping mall at the base of the Skytree, which includes a variety of unique shops such as the Pokémon Center, Jump Store, and more!

You will be picked up at your hotel by a guide. Please let us know if your hotel is located outside our designated range. Public transportation, such as the metro or JR train, will be utilized from the nearest station to reach the first destination.

- If your hotel is situated outside our designated pick-up range and alternative transportation, such as a subway, is not feasible, guests are responsible for covering the fare. This includes the cost for both the guide's transportation to the first destination and from the last destination back to your hotel.
- Due to weather condition or other operational reasons, the itinerary may be subject to change or certain visits may be omitted or substituted. Even in such circumstances, the tour may not be canceled, and the tour fare will not be refunded.
- Remaining time will be allotted for pick up and travel time in between the attractions .
- The tour involves a good amount of walking outdoors. We suggest wearing sneakers or comfortable shoes.

Our guide Shizuka was waiting for us in our hotel lobby and was an excellent guide . Very softly spoken but knowledgeable and extremely polite. We felt we had spent enough time in each location and she didnt hurry us or seem annoyed if we wanted to look into a shop occasionally. Very nice experience

Amazing half day tour with our master guide Hiromi. She was fantastic and personable. She took us to 4 different sites and tailored the sites (as we had already been to Shibuya). Our first day in Tokyo was the full day Tokyo tour where we visited an array of tourist attractions including Meiji Jingu Shrine, Imperial Palace, Asakusa, Skytree and Hinode Pier. A great way to get to know the city! Our tour guide, Momo was informative, funny and available to all customers who required information.
