Description

@TOKYO | 1-6 people | Private Tour Love the beauty of Asakusa, Meiji Jingu, or Senso-ji Shrine? Discover a quieter side of Tokyo with Ginta, our friendly Shiba Inu, on a private shrine walk through one of the city's most peaceful and historic landmarks. While many visitors crowd to Tokyo's famous shrines, Yasukuni Shrine offers a more relaxed atmosphere where you can slow down and experience a place that many locals visit. Together with your private guide and Ginta, you'll stroll beneath towering torii gates, explore peaceful gardens, and discover the customs and beliefs of Shinto. Learn the meaning behind shrine etiquette, traditional prayers, and the stories hidden throughout the grounds as your guide shares the history and cultural significance of one of Tokyo's most important shrines. After your walk, unwind at a local café with Ginta. Enjoy lunch, tea, or dessert while escaping the crowds and experiencing a slower, more authentic side of Tokyo.

Photographic tour with cute dog bonus

This was easily one of the best walking tours I have been on. The tour itself was phenomenal and having Ginta was the icing on the cake. The guides were very helpful with detailed explanations on the sights in the area, history, and shrine/temple etiquette. All the stops were meaningful and photographic. Ginta was very well behaved boy who made the most perfect addition to the tour. I really liked our stop at the cafe to have a local treat and drink. The only “bad” part was when we had to depart, I was sad to have to leave Ginta and his cute little face.

Shiba Inu GINTA is so cute!!

Originally it was an inbound tour, but GINTA-kun was too cute to join the tour! It's hard to see a Shiba Inu with such a cute face. Yasukuni Shrine was not only a worship hall but also a tour full of other highlights. It was my first time to visit Youjukan and the sumo ring and Japanese garden in the back. It was also the first time I knew I could feed carp. It was a friendly and enjoyable 2 hours with the guides also caring. Thank you very much.

A fun way to enjoy Tokyo, even more with Ginta, Shiba Inu!

Truly an amazing experience, since Ginta, the Shiba Inu dog was so adorable! Mr. Sato-San was so very nice, as well as the owners. We took in a bit of culture, temple visit, beautiful scenery, and a fun lunch and dessert in making dango over a small tabletop bbq! We absolutely recommend everyone to do this. It was so wonderful. One our most favorite highlights, visiting Tokyo! <3 Love Japan!
