Worked exactly as expected. We had plenty of room for all of our suitcases for nine of us. He loaded and unloaded the vehicle for us.

Wow amazing company and service, we used them 4 times and truly they made our trip amazing, the communication was excellent we not only used them for airport pick up and drop off but they took us from the hotel to the cruise ship and on another day they drove us to all the places in Tokyo we wanted to visit. Communication with the company prior to arrival in Japan was clear and timely. The driver was outside of our hotel early! I even changed the time of pickup multiple times and they were understanding with my requests. Ride from our hotel in c steal Tokyo to the cruise port was smooth and comfortable. We are two adults with 3 full sized suitcases and 2 carry on.
