Start your Tokyo trip with a comfortable private transfer from Haneda or Narita Airport. Choose your airport, destination, and group size when booking; prices vary by route and group size. We will contact you via WhatsApp before pickup to confirm the meeting point, preferably at your terminal’s arrivals exit. Your private driver will take you directly to your hotel, accommodation, station, or other selected destination in a clean luxury vehicle. Transfers to Tokyo, Yokohama, Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Resort hotels, and cruise terminals are available depending on the booking option. Shopping or sightseeing stops and luggage delivery can also be arranged upon request. Fuel surcharges and parking fees are included. Additional luggage is free within vehicle capacity; contact us in advance for large items. Complimentary water, soft drinks, and a Tokyo recommendations list are also provided.

We had a last minute change in our flight and therefore in our arrival time in Haneda Airport. I contacted the person before our flight departure and received a quick response. They adjusted our pick up and everything went smoothly. The driver was there on time and took us to our hotel in a comfortable car. Highly recommend this service.
LARS transportation was waiting for me when I got off the plane. Grabbed our suitcases and our driver took them and us to rhe car. We were maybe 5 minutes iat the airport. We were on the way to the hotel. LARS will be driving us back.
The driver was running about 30 mins late due to traffic, and they dropped us off at the wrong hotel. We had to pull our suitcases half a mile to the correct location.

We are currently asking Viator to verify the details of this review. If this situation is genuine, we will gladly provide a full refund, so please contact Viator directly or reach out to us via WhatsApp. To prevent this type of issue, we always send the Google Maps link for the designated hotel in advance and confirm the destination again before departure. We have never previously received this type of complaint, which is why we were very surprised by this review.
They were very polite and respectful. Even when my flight was delayed by a bit he stayed around and helped with my baggage. We both talked quite a bit about each other. I even got to practice my Japanese with them even if it wasn’t good. Yet, we joked around. Taught me some bits of information for some sight seeing as a solo traveler. Will book again, 100%
