-Please provide your flight number and an active WhatsApp number when booking. -For airport pick-ups, the driver will track your flight arrival in Japan and wait up to 90 minutes after landing. -If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please inform us at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, the service will follow the original schedule. -The driver will contact you before your service with the car photo and waiting location for easy identification.

Our driver, Liang, kept track of our flight status (with a delay due to air traffic). Once we landed, he contacted us to let us know that he was waiting for us and asked to let him know our status. He made sure to message us where to meet him after getting all our baggages, and provided very clear instructions and a map of his location as well as a photo of his vehicle with license plate (that made it really easy to locate him). We really appreciate the professionalism and courteousness of Liang.

I highly recommend this service for transportation to and from the airport. We booked round trip transportation to and from Narita because we didn't want the added stress of the commute, and boy, did this help! The drivers were professional and arrived on-time for pickups. Even though we could have used public transportation, we didn't want to deal with our luggage. This was a perfect solution, and we look forward to booking this service on our next visit to Japan.
