Stuck at Disney with no ride back to the hotel
The driver in the morning didn't give us any instruction about pick up. We were unclear on what to do. Have way through the day I called to check for a ride. I was told they would get back to me. At the end of the day we went back to the place we were dropped off and had a nice man call the morning drive to get instruction. We were told there was not any arrangements made for pickup. We had to walk over a mile to get a cab. Once we were in a cab on the way back to our hotel I finally got the message about pick up. Too late!!! This has been the 3rd tour on this trip that has not gone well. I will look for another travel.cpmpany next trip.
Operator response
We sincerely apologize for the highly frustrating experience you had at the end of your Disney trip. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide.
There was an unfortunate breakdown in communication regarding your return transfer. While our customer service team and drivers made continuous attempts to reach out to you to coordinate your pickup details, we encountered difficulties in establishing contact. We deeply regret that our final message only reached you when it was too late and you were already in a cab.
We understand this situation was stressful and inconvenient. Based on your valuable feedback, we are actively reviewing and optimizing our processes to ensure pickup instructions are made absolutely clear much earlier in the day for all our guests.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Super convenient from Asakusa
We stayed in Asakusa, so walking to the meeting point was easy. The staff was already there when we arrived, so we didn't have to guess where to go. Bus was comfy enough. Main thing for us was just skipping the subway transfers with our bags. The ticket QR code worked fine at the gate. Simple and did the job.
Operator response
We extend our sincere thanks for your positive review and perfect rating.
Your feedback confirming the convenience of our service from Asakusa is very important to us. We are pleased that we were able to provide a comfortable journey, allowing you to avoid the complexities of public transport with your belongings.
We are grateful for the opportunity to have been of service and wish you all the best.
