Our guide, Nicky was wonderful. She stayed with us through the whole museum, gave us a lot of information and was friendly and amiable. I would highly recommend this tour
Thank you Carolyn, Nicky's combination of genuine warmth and deep museum knowledge—staying engaged with you throughout—is exactly what makes a LetzGo City Tours experience memorable. Her ability to balance friendly conversation with substantive insight is something our guests consistently highlight. Thank you for choosing us! The LetzGo City Tours Team
Great museum with fantastic detail, must pre-book or risk not being able to enter. Was a little too busy for my liking.
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the Titanic Museum and found it so detailed. Pre-booking is indeed required for this museum and is clearly noted in our tour description, as demand for entry is high year-round. The level of visitor traffic inside is set by the venue itself and outside our control, though our guides work to make the most of the visit with rich context and storytelling. Guests on this very tour consistently rate the experience 5 stars, often highlighting how much depth and passion our guides bring to the visit. We hope you'll join us again for another LetzGo experience. The LetzGo City Tours Team.
We went by ourselves (no guide or audioguide) through the exhibition. The structure of it is excellent as it starts by telling the story of industrial rising in Belfast leading to the build of Titanic. The exhibition is very detailed, has many artifects, and you learn a great deal. We spent about 2 hours at the museum. Worth the time and money.
It's wonderful to hear how much you enjoyed exploring Titanic Belfast. The museum does an exceptional job of telling the story of the city's industrial heritage alongside the construction and legacy of the Titanic, and we're delighted you found the exhibits so detailed and engaging. Thank you for choosing our Titanic Museum and Whiskey Distillery Exploration with Tasting. We hope the visit to the distillery rounded off a memorable day discovering two of Belfast's most iconic experiences. The LetzGo City Tours team
Very interesting, but may not be interesting for children.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the Titanic Museum and Whiskey Distillery tour. We're glad the historical depth and tasting experience resonated with you. Your note about the tour's appeal to adult audiences is helpful feedback—it's a tour best suited for those with a genuine interest in maritime history and Irish whiskey heritage. Thank you for choosing LetzGo City Tours.
Very moving experience, the information given on this disaster was comprehensive and exceptionally good!
What a moving day that must have been. The Titanic Museum and Whiskey Distillery tour carries real weight—the scale of that disaster, the stories behind it, and then the chance to reflect over a proper tasting. That balance between historical depth and the experience itself is what LetzGo City Tours builds these tours around. Thank you for choosing us!
Very interesting tour where we had over two hours looking around the museum which is very interactive and fascinating. We then visited the tender Nomadic which was also very interesting and was the Titanic’s tender in Cherbourg and the only White Star vessel in existence. Then it was over to the Titanic whisky distillery which we toured and sampled some of their products. Just outside of the distillery is HMS Caroline, the only existing ship from the Battle of Jutland. Didn’t have time to go on board, but just seeing her and snapping a few photographs was exciting. Our guide was lovely too and very informative.
Mark, what a route you covered—from the interactive depths of the Titanic Museum through the Nomadic tender and into the Titanic whiskey distillery, with HMS Caroline standing sentinel outside. That layering of maritime history and local craft is exactly what makes the Belfast Titanic and Whiskey Distillery tour so compelling. The museum's storytelling, the tangible connection to the White Star Line through the Nomadic, and then the chance to taste the whiskey that carries the ship's name—it all builds into something memorable. Thank you for choosing LetzGo City Tours!
Plenty of time at the Titanic Museum to see everything and enjoyed the tour of the distillery. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The Titanic Museum and the Distillery tour are excellent and would be rated 5* but we booked the guided tour because we wanted to be accompanied in the Titanic Museum to understand more than just what is displayed after doing the Guinness Tour by ourselves. Unfortunately what is advertised is not what the guide is supposed to give you. You meet at a cafe just around the corner from the museum and the guide’s job is to show you to the museum - you can see it from the meeting point. Fortunately our guide was excellent, talked us through SS Nomadic and then basically blagged her way into the museum to guide us around. Otherwise we were prepared to pay the £24.95 to get her in. Her guidance was invaluable both in the museum and outside where she showed us around the Titanic Hotel, slipways, lighthouse, HMS Caroline before dropping us at the distillery. The museum and distillery are both great but unless you get a guide like ours you will be ripped off for £90
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed both the Titanic Museum and the distillery, and that your guide made such a positive impression. We would, however, like to clarify that guided tours inside Titanic Belfast are not permitted by the museum itself. This applies to all operators, so our guides provide historical context and interpretation before entry, then continue the experience with a guided exploration of the surrounding Titanic Quarter, including landmarks such as SS Nomadic, the slipways and the Titanic Hotel. It sounds as though your guide went above and beyond in making your experience even more memorable, and we're delighted to hear how much you valued her expertise. Guests on this tour consistently award it 5 stars, frequently highlighting the quality of our guides and the depth of insight they bring to Belfast's Titanic story, both inside the museum's visitor experience and throughout the historic quarter.
